The place is located close to the Convention Center, 5 min. Drive The room was clean when we got there The guys at the help desk were very nice and always willing to help. The ”breakfast” offer very few granola bars, fewer apples, some yogurts and coffee, only regular sugar. No sweetener of any kind, the juice machine was not working the 4 days we stayed there. Cleaning the room. They require that the customer request the cleaning of the room. .In writing in a post it, and signed it,! then the guy at the help desk sign it too.

Booked this through a third party app that doesn’t disclose the name of the property until payment is confirmed. Upon arriving at the property, it became very apparent that you get what you pay for. I considered completely abandoning my reservation mostly because the location is in a questionable, not very accessible area, but I decided to give it a shot. The female manager who checked me in was very nice. I stayed in room #107 on the first floor. It was exceptionally clean and tastefully removated from top to bottom. Room overlooked a chain link temporary fencing structure which is obviously a cost effective crime deterrent. My concerns and low rating all come down to my absolute joke of an encounter with the Sunday day front desk agent and the manager on duty Hemal. Contrary to what the front desk says, I was double charged for my room and not only would the manager not admit it, he became very confrontational, aggressive and between the two of them, I felt like I was being bullied in high school. How ironic that 30 mins after I left the additional charge was reversed…. I’ve filed complaints with Hotwire and Wyndham and would caution guests to prepare for a very rocky interaction with the hotels manager. Unbelievable!!

This Days Inn is surrounded by other hotels. It has an indoor swimming pool and spa (Hot Tub) You arrive tired and tasseled from a long day of travel {In my case 14+ hours} And you arrive without a reservation. You walk into a clean Lobby with the friendliest people who are very patient and professional. They get you a great room at a great. You relax get a great nights sleep and come down in the morning to Erika O fixing Breakfast {provided} She makes sure the Coffee is hot and fresh, if you want an omelet she'll fix it all while taking care of the front desk.if you want to know the local sites or shopping She will stop what she is doing to help you-To the point where you think she has nothing else to do but take care of you. THE reason this hotel stands out is because they have Erika who goes the extra mile to see you are happy and have not only a great experience at the Days Inn but a great time in Albuquerque. If you get up early enough you will see the Hot Air Balloons floating over the valley. Beautiful. When you have great people like Erika taking care of everything else you can take time to see and enjoy.

The food was grab and go and being allergic to cinnamon and berries breakfast was, an un satisfying piece of fruit and coffee. Not sure why they haven’t changed the breakfast back to the waffles. The front desk staff was nice and friendly and the towels were extremely soft, fluffy and was almost completely un-scented. The pool area was poorly lit and it looked like a good setup for a murder scene. The hot tub only had one jet working but at least the water was hot. I was shocked they had a sauna that actually worked well. The bed frame had blood on it and the mattress cover was dirty, But because the floor didn’t have carpet, the floor was well cleaned.
