Spa Hotels in Alameda

On the first day, there was no room in the smoking room, and almost crying, it was too smelly and dirty. Then I switched to a non-smoking room, which was better. But the facilities are not good. I read the travel notes on the Qinyou website, but I really don’t want to go again.

The location could not be any better for us. Quiet, beautiful surroundings, well-appointed rooms, very clean and the staff were awesome to work with! We absolutely would not hesitate to stay here again. Definitely will return to the Marina Village Inn.

I've stayed in this hotel before while in Alameda and it's still a great choice. The rooms have been updated since my last stay and they're very comfortable. Our room had a separate seating area and kitchenette with microwave and fridge, so we really felt like we could stretch out. The location is terrific ... right in the heart of Alameda with many restaurants and stores within walking distance, but also with a quiet, neighborhood feel. There's a nice free breakfast in the morning and the staff members we met were both friendly and helpful. We didn't bring a car, but there was a large free parking lot available to anyone driving in.

Do not recommend this hotel as it is not clean. Expect to find dirty floors, dirty refrigerators, broken appliances (both the remote and iron weren't working). Pot smoke wafts through the halls, and the fire alarms go off constantly. Wifi goes in and out. The staff are incompetent and rude, and try their hardest to make the guests' lives miserable. I extended a stay to switch to a view room, but they claimed there were none available (even though I booked and confirmed it 5 days earlier) When I wanted my room cleaned, the clerk, Angela, said they were too busy to clean it! Even though my room was on the list to be cleaned. Definitely will not return.

The breakfast is good. There are a lot of parking spaces. The air is good. There is a walk along the river. It is not far from the pier. It takes about 20 minutes to get there. It is convenient to go to the city center.

The hotel has a good environment, with a relatively large shopping mall opposite, a commercial street not far away, and many restaurants, which are quite lively. There is a beach near the hotel, you can take a walk, very comfortable! The hotel should be a certain year old, but still acceptable. There is a small kitchen in the room, you can cook, it’s awesome, you need to get the kitchenware in the public area! Family satisfaction!
