Amazing experience from start to finish…one day remaining. Mr. Mehmet Sena Karakas at the reception is phenomenal! Mr. Karakas customer service was the best we have experienced in almost 20 years. His attention to detail and guidance was top notch. He was like this to every customer as we observed everytime we were around and about. Even helped us with a top quality local Veterinarian for our dog during a mini emergency. You can’t beat that service. Yunus from the restaurant during breakfast was always nice, very humbled and courteous. The entire Hilton Team here was exceptional and we look forward to coming back in Mersin. We highly recommend this Hilton, this one. Thank you again for the best experience we needed.

When I checked in, it happened to be the day before Mid-Autumn Festival. The restaurant was on the top floor of the platform. The sea rose very bright. The hotel is located on the seaside boulevard.
