Great stay at Hotel Torifito! The lady who served us was extremely helpful. It was raining when we checked in and she helped us bring our baggage into our rooms and offered to lend us umbrellas! She also told us to park opposite the hotel for more affordable parking! (1100 yen for 24h). The hotel room was very new, bright, clean and spacious too. Will stay here again when we come back to Otaru!

Can’t hear the noice from corridor or next door or top room ( which I have this sound issue at other hotels when staying in other Hokkaido hotel for 10 days ) - recommended hotel will come back again
