We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had steps, but the staff carried all of our luggage for the three of us in our 60's and 70's. The rooftop was a wonderful gathering place. Ataco is a small village. From our hotel we could easily walk to any place in the village.

Positive: Excellent service as shown in the reviews and the hotel room was well kept and clean. It is within 5 minutes walk to the central park. The shower was good pressure and hot.
Negative: Breakfast was good, but has to be scheduled. Coffee is not refil, but is charged for extra cups. Checkout at 11:00 is a bit early, especially if you have family and kids

We booked bed and breakfast plus dinner. The evening meal was superb. Breakfast was excellent. Drinks brought to us in the garden was a lovely touch. We were made to feel welcome by the hosts. Service and all food was 5 star. Room was acceptable but a little tired. 3 to 4 star. We will treat ourselves to return visit when we can afford it. George and Lynne Brown

The level of service is of such a high quality, for a cute small tourist town. Friendly, sophisticated & accommodating. You must try the food. Strong European flare. The owners of this property are amazing.

A hotel with potential but a receptionist that doesn’t understand her job and is just very unprofessional. Another big minus is that they let you pay at check out for water you drunk during breakfast. No one mentioned an extra charge for regular water, but they rudely insisted in paying at the end.
But well, it began how it ended: kinda weird checkin, where we got asked to write our name, adress, passport number, phone number and a ignature at the receipt for the payment; all that after the payment was made using a PIN and got approved. All that procedure seemed to be more important than some information about the hotel and the city.
All together: overpriced (hotel and inside restaurant!) and poor service
