Lovely area ,nice walk into agios Nicolas. Hotel good, pool areas kept clean and no putting towels out to save sun beds which was refreshing ,pool bar nice Halena brilliant so friendly 👍🍸🍺, food good always something and sitting outside on an evening was so nice, George lovely waiter . All towels including beach towel if put in the bath were replaced . Room a little tired but overall a good holiday . Negative :lovely large reception area not used to its potential a nice bar area with piano or something would have been lovely before evening meal

What can I say... A stone beach is across the road, with a lovely little cafe bar, 10 minutes to your right is a sand beach, apparently the best in the area but we didn't get chance to visit. The main town is 10 minutes to your right with plenty of restaurants/ bars and a lovely harbour and lake, great night life. Hotel - had an initial issue with our room as it was on a corner and the wind blowing through the door was awful, no problem for reception they had us moved to a better room in 5 minutes. If you have any trouble with the stairs/ ramps the two young lads on reception with happily give you a lift in the golf bugger. Never done an adults only and the peace and quiet is amazing. The food in the restaurant was varied and never any issues, the staff in the restaurant are brilliant, Maria looked after us every evening and knew what we wanted to drink and was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely visit again.

One the best places we've ever stayed. The hotel is beautiful, feels like a small Greek village and it's lovely to step out of your room onto a footpath & not a generic corridor. There is so much space, it never feels over crowded, always plenty of space round the pool areas and when dining. the food was good, varied and catered to all our tastes (vegetarian) The rooms are a good size (family room, double + single beds) with plenty of room for clothes and baggage. The rooms are cleaned daily. The hotels proximity to the public beach is perfect, just make sure younger children are supervised crossing the road in front of the hotel. Pool/beach shoes are advisable on this pebble beach. There is a sand beach 5 minutes walk away, but it's always very busy. the hotel is walking distance from the centre of town and a it's not much further to the bus station (a bit of a incline to get there) where very helpful staff will help you get the correct us to explore the island. although Ag Nik itself is beautiful One of our favourite places is the little taverna at the front of the hotel. Post evening meal we could be found at the taverna, playing games, listening to the sea and testing all the inclusive cocktails.

Disappointing all round. Had a week here at the beginning of October. The weather was great although rather windy. Views from the hotel are lovely and it is in a good location just outside of the town which you can walk to in 15 minutes. There is a pretty beach just 5 minutes walk away. But that’s where the positives end. We paid for a junior suite and I question what the extra is for other than it being a slightly bigger room. The room was very tired with a lack of maintenance and the bathroom was in need of an upgrade (particularly with the urine stains around the bottom of the toilet!) Cheap tea and coffee sachets were provided in the room but not replenished during our stay. The food was terrible - always cold and on some days I struggled to find anything appetising to eat. The pool bar was unwelcoming and depressing. The main bar was also very tired and miserable - with some sprucing up and thought about design and furnishings it could be a lovely relaxing area, but it seems nobody has any care or interest in improving it. The all-inclusive is the worst we have ever experienced - the drinks (soft and the readymade cocktails) were all full of sugar, the wine was tolerable at best, a lot of drinks were only available if you paid extra, the snacks were just a tray of cake or apples and the ice-cream was only available for 2 hours from 4pm. Water was unavailable except at mealtimes which is ridiculous in hot weather. Obtaining drinks during the day or at mealtimes was laborious because there was no self-service. Some staff were lovely and friendly but others seemed unhappy and disinterested. The manager in the restaurant was very pompous and unfriendly. The reception staff were polite but clueless about the local area - any questions were answered with ‘I don’t know’ and no effort was made to find out. There was no entertainment at the hotel - surely a local guitarist or singer could be arranged for a couple of evenings. Overall we found the hotel was lacking in comfort, facilities, food, drinks and entertainment, and I feel the holiday was overpriced for what we experienced. Very disappointing.

Hotel is amazing, the town is a 10 minute walk, I recommend cocktails in jollies, food is good, breakfast and lunch was always spot on, dinner could be hit and miss, pool is nice, not an issue getting beds at this time of year, only annoying thing is they only have the pool bar open during the day so if you want to have drinks by the beach u would have to pay at the bar next to it, overall would defo come again and a special mention to Stavros, he definitely deserves raise

We really enjoyed our 10 day holiday at Ariadne Beach. The hotel is in a great location, 10 minute walk to the town and with a pebble beach over the road. Our bungalow had a side sea view, the room was spacious and very clean. The restaurant is buffet style with a good selection of meals to choose from; there was always fish /vegetarian options in the evening and we really enjoyed the meals…. the restaurant staff were excellent and especially Dimitris who always looked after us at mealtimes.

There is a lot to love about this hotel . First where you can improve. Better toiletries in rooms . More pool side toilets.Wider steps into pools for those with minor restrictions.Sunbeds need updating and are tired . Pads for the beds needed.Broken screens around pools makes poolside look run down . No lifeguard not an issue but poolside equipment not satisfactory. Our room looked like a storage room - no real thought about it . Went all inclusive- cheap mixers spoilt the branded spirits. No Prosecco and poor bar in room . Needs another bar when restaurant closes .However food and restaurant was marvellous and Michael delivered the highest service with his team (special mention to George who always had a huge smile and welcome ).Michael was obviously an excellent leader and everything was run with military precision with high service at its core . I struggled with an injured knee and ankle and the wonderful Stavoros was always on hand with a much needed lift to our room . There can be lots of stairs and steep slopes so rooms 12# or 13# recommended if limited mobility . Reception service non existent- took 2 days to get towels and milk for room . Night porter lovely he gave us a lift up a few times . Had a coffee maker but no small cups . Lack of attention to detail . Overall had a lovely holiday and will go back . Definitely the right choice to go adults only .

We have a junior suite which is lovely with a great view. Staff pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the food is not great, it’s always cold. Would be fine if at correct temperature. We have eaten out a few times, and have spoken to others who have done the same. We are here for 10 days so eating out every second day as it’s a good walk in Ag Nic. Also no entertainment in evening which is unusual for a complex of this size.

Staff friendly , a lot of steps so be aware food was not hot enough everything was Luke warm apart from omelettes which I had every morning been the only thing hot freshly made Our room was dated crack in basin shower hose not long enough to reach shower holder but did change when I told them . hair on pillow and stained . Last day when making sure we’d not left anything behind found 2 pair of old knickers in one of the cupboards We asked for late check out charged €55 and I had to barter with them because we was only entitled to breakfast & dinner on our last day they gave us a voucher so we had to sacrifice dinner not that we are dinner there anyway. When we where having our meal they wanted to charge us for water!! Couldn’t get my head round that one WATER We complained about knickers ect they offered free upgrade next visit I’ve asked for my late check out fee back I’ve heard nothing back after 2 emails POOR
