We had an unexpected one night stay here when our ferry journey was delayed. The welcome on arrival and overall friendliness of all the staff we met was excellent. Food in their restaurant was delicious and very well priced. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Crystal clear beach is right in front, restaurant has excellent food with huge portions rooms are very clean with balconies and seaview and all equipped with a/c in case of heatwave. Highly recommended to get to know Cretan hospitality enjoy exploring nearby canyons and beaches and relax in the cleanest of seas.

We ate salats and some apetizers, everything very tasty. Price average. Sevice ok. Good place for lunch when you are on the beach. Good selection of greek cousine. Personal very friendly. We reccomend.

we spent a lovely holiday at the family run - Gigilos hotel for 4 nights end of August 2021 as a family of 4. It is in a wonderful location right on the best beach, with free for its guests sunbeds! The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, with very confortable rooms. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the beach and the small port. In the restaurant they serve great breakfast, lunch and dinner with a wide variety of local products and good quality. Anything you decide to order tastes delicious! Staff that is always polite, very helpful and friendly. It is excellent for couples, families and children, and also pet friendly ! great value for money we will for sure come back again and again!

A bunch of thieves. They voluntarily mistake the prices and confirmed it after I told them it wasn’t right. Only when I brought them the menu with the right prices they admitted they were wrong and laughed at my face. Not just because we are tourist we have to be robbed.

Very nice people -traditional cretan cuisine!!!!!!!!very clean rooms- Good prices-free sunchairs for hotel customers!!!the beach is 30meters.. Good choice for accommodation and food-.. the next year i will come again!!!!( samaria gorge is fantastic)

Hotel Gigilos har en fantastisk beliggenhet ved stranden. Det er svært stille det meste av døgnet.
Personalet er svært serviceinnstilt.
Hotellets egen restaurant er hyggelig og rimelig og serverer god mat.
Det eneste negative er mangelen på praktiske hyller og knagger på badet.
