We just come back from gallini sea view 5 star yesterday. The hotel is not as described on you Website we where missold it is definitely NOT 5 star its tired and delapodated its very unclean our rooms where 2123 and 2125 I will attach photos of these smelly rooms I did ask for a change 1st night and said I'd pay for a upgrade but was told non was avaliable at that time. There's no Chinese as advertised on the love holiday website not been one all year. No ice cream 11.00-18.00 only meal times. No late snacks at all as advertised food finishes at 21.00. The food is limited no carvary or bbq station there there just not used the food is the same very bland awful and the same every day dinner and tea I get there's cost cutting but this is suppose to be 5 star its 3 at best. We ended up eating out as 3 of us 4 had upset stomarchs. The kids pool has mold the beds by the pools are ripped someone at love holidays needs to visit this hotel its the worst we ever been we paid for 5 star and wanted to come home early. The staff where nice to be fair. In the photos I'll send you is ripped beds mold in showers and sinks stains on curtains the smell we found was the shower waist pipe in both rooms as in photos as the water fountain in the reception was disgusting as in the photos it was never cleaned while we where there.

Please avoid at all costs. Went there with friends and I can honestly say the hotel is very bad, dirty, very repetitive food! In 2 weeks hardly saw the pool being cleaned. The first room one of the party was given was the beach side overlooking a building site/dumping ground. They did move to the other side and the location was much better but the room was very musky and had a huge bulge on the ceiling which was below the bar. Over the years I have relied on Trip advisor for reviews and at the time of booking there were some good ones, however, these are fictiscous because trust me, anyone in their right mind would say the hotel needs to be bulldozed!!

This hotel is no way a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best. When we arrived we had been told we need to pay a tourist tax of €54. Our booking didn’t mention this. Towels cost €20 per room which we got back on the day we left. Safe cost €3 per day when other AL establishments I have stayed in the safe is free. When leaving, you pay €2 charge for a locker to hold your cases, and if you need to go to that locker for anything it’s €2 each time you open it. We asked about a late check out of the room as we wanted to have showers etc before 7pm pick up. We could have a room for €40 for the day! Even though the hotel was empty. We declined, as we found that they had showers behind the reception and just asked for fresh towels. Rooms We booked a room with a sea view and we got a partial sea view near the pool. Okay. The room was really old, the walls had been wiped and you could clearly see this. The shower had thick lumps of mould around the shower hose and on the walls. Bits of the ceiling as fell every time you had a shower. You could hear every sound from the neighbours next door. On windy nights the hall door make a screaming sound as the wind entered under the door. All Inclusive We booked the all you can eat and the food was okay, the breakfast was fine. We met a couple who did not have AI, and still had breakfast, lunch and dinner and availed of the all inclusive drinks too. Which they sad had been all watered down. It was funny as we bumped into them a few days later and they told us that the food was so terrible that the hadn’t bothered going back into the restaurant. Staff are really nice.

Compared to the Turks, this ain’t a 5 star hotel. Maybe a 3 star. The headboard of the bed was stained with something, the cleaning staff did not speak a single word of English and the WiFi was pretty awful. I will say that the restaurant served great food (especially the salmon canapés). The pool bar also served good drinks. Compared to Turkey, not 5 stars. But would I come here again, yes, I would.

The hotel is truly impressive. There is a cozy atmosphere and cleanliness everywhere. The interior is good, nothing superfluous, and the rooms have all the amenities for comfort. I would like to note the really good WiFi. Everything was excellent, so I even managed to resolve a couple of work issues. Thanks to the hotel staff for their work and care for each of the guests!

We have been staying at Galini Hotel for one week. And it has been close to horrible. From the pictures the hotel seems to be a nice hotel, but in reality it is a different story. When we arrived at the hotel and got our hotel room the first thought was, this it did not look like the picture. The bed was broken, the toilet was broken and the air condition smelled really bad. We got a new bed and they tried to fix the toilet several of times, but it was still not working, and the air condition kept smelling. We tried asking for another room, but that was not possible, as the hotel was fully booked. The hotel want to be a 5 star hotel, but it is most likely more a 2 star hotel from what we saw. The cleaning is terrible and for 3 days, the cleaning lady left our terrace door open, so people passing by all day could easily gain access to our belongings. It’s lucky that no one walked in and stole our stuff. The staff at the hotel seems to not care about the problems and we felt they did not take us seriously, when we complained. Based on what we experienced, we will not recommend this hotel to anybody, if you, like us, expects the standard from 4-5 starred hotels and want a clean room with a nice bed and great service. You will unfortunately not get that here.

FIRST OF ALL if you see a review giving it 5 stars check when they joined the review site and how many reviews they have! Normally only one and joined that week we were convinced they pay people to write reviews. There is no way this is overall 5 star hotel the only reason it is is because it has marble flooring in reception nail bar which I never saw anyone use hotel with beach- well down the massive hill across the road into the other part of hotel gym which no-one uses and spar- which isn't there's its on main road and you can use it at a big cost!! To get to hotel is very big hill at at least 45% incline or more we had to drag our suitcases up this hill took 15 mins very difficult and steps from pool to restaurant there are 63! So if you find it card to walk far do not come. Lifts well sometimes they work or they open and you have to step up a foot where it hasn't stopped in right place. Food is repetitive but you should find food to eat so won't go hungry, pool bar has cheese and ham toasties pizza and chips which is nice. You can rent towels and change them each day €10 each. Tourist tax is €4 per room per night. Rent safe is €3 per night! Rooms are OK bathroom needs a very deep clean and smells of pure urine most days coming up from shower waste, air con is good and you have a fridge. If you need another key card it's €10. Toilets round pool are filthy and smoked glass with gaps people can see you!! Pool has grit on floor and not always clean. Beds are a bit run down some have wood missing and the double sunbeds with material around have mildue on the material they hose down beds and floor at night (not clean) dome glass doors were smashed for whole 2 weeks we were there and the massive blue glass table in reception was cracked all the way through. If you have rooms down on other side of road be prepared for a building site! Reception staff are lovely and helpful. Bar staff are a mixture some are very nasty then a few younger ones including Alex are amazing. Drinks are awful beer 2% vodka wine etc are like vinegar or paint ********! But some cocktails are nice. Evening entertainment omg! One night is DJ just simple music okish one night is two girls music and singing they are amazing then Friday is a male singer who keeps getting changed throughout is creepy and awful! That is the only entertainment. If you want a sunbed be prepared to get up at 6am to get them around the pool. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL SUCH A SHAME Oh and fancy Italian restaurant is on beach starters great but rest of food is horrible couldn't eat and puddings were not what they should have been I.e tiramisu was a pink strawberry desert!!

I don’t even know where to start…there’s not enough characters but there is one HUGE complaint coming their way and I will be demanding a refund. Utter shambles from start to finish, every day there was a drama. I booked and paid an obscene amount of money for a 5* adults only holiday and I wasn’t even in the Sea View hotel, I was in the Beach Eden or some nonsense which was down an enormous hill. The room was dirty, it was tired, the cleaners didn’t clean, the ‘Customer Relations’ lady was rude and unhelpful, they have room service advertised in the welcome book in the room but don’t actually have the service, the smell of the drains in the room is unbearable! I obviously complained and was told I’d been given an upgrade. An upgrade from what? The cellar?! I was basically told to shut up and put up! I was all inclusive but I’ve spent a fortune on eating out because I couldn’t stand to eat in there. Then this morning, I returned from breakfast ready to pack and check out and my room key didn’t work. I had to hike up to the main hotel and find out what the issue was, go back down, no time for a shower as I had a private transfer booked and then drag my case back up the hill to check out! One big sweaty mess for the flight home. This is only a fraction of the issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Just a ultrabelow average all inclusive hotel. Expect to buy your own water. Because Thats not included in your stay. The rooms are Old and dirty. And the food is just subpar. A week with this food is unbearable. Stay away from this waste of money.
