Excellent location, not far from the centre of Chios city but need a car to/from, excellent services both rooms and restaurant, beautiful nights overlooking the Mega Limniona beach. Quite a few steps up and down yo the beach. Overall very satisfied.

The hotel is located in a convenient place close to Chios city and south sight seeing. It has a wonderful Aegean sea view, the rooms are very nice, very clean, equipped with kitchen and fridge, delicious breakfast, very kind staff and Mr.Panagiotis always present to provide his support. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!!

What is most suitable for a place to stay and relax with your family! clean hotel, unique facilities, hospitable owners, the location is magical and we will definitely go again in the summer! Mr. Panagiotis hugged us like his children and Mrs. Despina drove us crazy with her handmade her jams! the rooms have a great view and have all the comforts. air conditioning, televisions in both rooms, lux bathroom and kitchen which made it easy for us to enjoy the quietness of the hill of Mega Limnion without having to constantly go out to eat. we strongly recommend you to go and reserve your room NOW!

Since we are a family with children, we preferred it because it has a kitchen. In general, it is a decent business, but its location is not very suitable for the winter months. The room, WC and kitchen were clean and useful. Since breakfast costs extra, you can bring food with you.

It is the best hotel we have ever stayed!!!! The room (two-room apartment) is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. Perfect breakfast, with many options for vegans, all handmade by Mrs. Despina. Awesome pool, breathtaking view, spotlessly clean, impeccable staff (Maria is so kind and so calm, always willing for everything ❤️), with Mr. Panagiotis everywhere, serving everyone and solving everything. The location is perfect for exploring the southwest side of the island (we drove all around but based on location we were close enough to perfect beaches and lovely villages). 10 days was too little.... Thank you so much for everything ❤️.

We stayed on the island for 10 days and had an amazing time. The place is dreamy, with a wonderful view.. The owners, Mrs. Despina and Mr. Panagiotis are very nice people and very hospitable.. All the staff very kind, they made us feel at home.. We highly recommend it ..
