We’ve been staying at Dan Carmel hotel for a long period of time, this place turn in to a home for us. The team here been so amazing and generous, both professional and both took care of us with so much love, as if we were a family. The food is great, fresh and tasty. They put thought and attention into it. And there is a lot of options to pick from. Rooms are big, nice and comfortable, all of then have a beautiful view to the sea. The location is great - there is a nice promenade next to the hotel with beautiful scenery to Haifa’s bay, and you can walk to restaurants and coffee near by. Maayan, Liron and Noa Ginat.

The hotel is about 8 minutes walk from the train station. There are supermarkets and bars around, and it is convenient to travel and live. The room is quite large with a kettle and microwave. The downside is that the bar street is a bit noisy at night. Overall, it is not bad.

The breakfast was good, the location of the hotel was very good, just on the German street below the garden, the whole German street was eaten and drank, and there was a small convenience store opposite the hotel. We booked a deluxe room, the room on the 2nd floor is slightly smaller than the domestic one, the bathroom is not small, the hot water is quite big. There is a kettle. The height of the floor is quite high. The window of the room can see the golden dome of the garden. There is a terrace on the top of the building to get up early to watch the sunrise.

Apartment hotel, the building has no signboard, the waiter calls himself a lawyer. At the beginning, I asked them to call him how to get the key. When I called, I couldn't talk about it together? Do I have to call more? When I needed money to continue my stay the next day, he called me and laughed to death. Great location in German Colony with cool architecture and great restaurants within in two minutes walk. Parking on the street is free and easy. The hostel is well maintained, clean, and everything works. The people are great! Donny is a great host who makes sure you have everything you need, and has lots of tips about what to do in Haifa and the surrounding area. The vibe is very friendly and chill. People of all ages are welcome, from students to families. People eat pancakes together in the morning and hang out on the rooftop having a beer and playing guitar at night. It's right size where people are friendly to each other and get to know each other, but you can do your own thing if you want. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is well located, about 200 meters walk to the top of the sky garden. All rooms can overlook Haifa Bay at night, and the windows are large, but the hotel room facilities are slightly simple. The front desk attitude is relatively cold. There is a small parking lot (more than 10 parking spaces) in front of the hotel, free of charge. We arrived in January, the parking spaces are empty and there are many parking spaces near the hotel. The bus can reach the top of the sky garden, not far from the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff helped make this a pleasant stay. The location is in a nice walkable area with a bus stop right outside of the hotel. The bargan rate hotel is next to one of the best value restaurants in the area. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. Our room was up one and a half flights of stairs so not good for handicap people or anyone who has heavy luggage. We did not find out about the room with tea and coffee until the end of our stay. The port is nearby. We took a taxi from the train station but it is close enough to walk. Check our google maps.
