Easily checked in. Nice welcome from friendly staff.
Room clean and had all we needed.plenty of piping hot water.
Breakfast was buffet style with both hot and cold options.plenty of options.
Check out was easy.
All in all a decent stay. Would definitely return

clean place close to the city center. room was small but sufficient. unfortunately, windows could not be opened.

This is an excellent hotel for this price range. The location is very central - only a few minutes from the train station, ferry terminal and main shopping area. The room is comfortable and very clean. Staff were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and the staff were continually refreshing the buffet dishes. I’d definitely stay here again.

Located centrally and very close to Aberdeen railway station and bus station. The people are very friendly. Hotel allows free luggage storage which is a rarity and best part about this hotel besides location.

The hotel is situated near to the train station and bus station only a five minute walk to both. I was given a warm welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, a quick check of the booking, I was given my key and instructions for using either the lift or the stairs.
