5 Stars isn’t quite enough! This is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel. Filled with a tremendously talented and dedicated team who treat you like family and aren’t satisfied until they have knocked your socks off:) From the moment you pull up outside until you turn in your keys and bid arrivederci to the AMAZING team at the Abano Ritz Terme, be prepared to be blown away at every opportunity. The ambiance is sophisticated and serene. The pool and the grounds are opulent and oh so soothing. The spa team- ok I’m out of adjectives. Suffice to say I felt pampered. I felt valued as a guest (which unfortunately does not happen as much these days as if used too.) The food?!? OMG THE FOOD!!! Exquisite!!! I lived learning about the mineral springs and deposits at the base of the Eugenian Hills. My body and soul were recharged and I was so surprised! I’ve been told that one needs a full week for the mudpacks to do their thing completely. In just a few days my aches and joint pain disappeared. Would love to spend more time in the unbelievable swimming pool there. My husband and I are already planning out next visit- which will be a full 7 days (at minimum). Do yourself a huge favor- reserve a week at the spa and be prepared to be dazzled ❤️⭐️💝

Hotel is very good. We enjoyed being there. The dishes look impeccable and also very tasty. I also want to note the unforgettable view of the mountains from the 8th floor of the hotel. The Spa was wonderful and the stuff are very nice and friendly. I want also to thank Olesea and Norghe the operator of thermal assistant for his professional skills. The pool is open until 23.30. And so after our day trips it was very nice to dip in the pool in the evening. I liked everything. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Hotel with very friendly staff, excellent cleaning, good large and soft hand towels, excellent towel and spa fabric, large swimming pool area, to return in spring to the garden area. The spa is very beautiful, very prepared and friendly staff, excellent products used. Breakfast served in a large well-equipped room, a very wide and varied buffet. The dinner served in the room other than breakfast, meals buffet, vegetables and sweets abundant and varied, very good food, unfair service. A comfortable bed but the room does not reflect a 4-star superior for soundproofing, TV position and bathroom; I have already been told that the hotel will close from June to September for restructuring. Great dogs welcome, found 2 steel sticks and a panquet that could be coat or subcoat (I coat the house port for its smells), right overprice for the dog. Overall to be reopened after restructuring.

Recently renovated is a great and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast and abundant, clean rooms. Internal and external pool. Water is hot but a little too treated.

A big bemol on the quality of the equipment at the level of the MASASATION too hard chairs broken covered with paper I'm passing the staff is very sympathetic and professional but when you ask why the seats are in such a bad state they tell us about to say this to the direction that they can't do anything harmful and the tango rooms are a sad dark depressive especially not go there the service is good, well bad... regarding food nothing to say Service personal irresponsible sympathetic and always there to serve the rooms would also deserve a small refreshment window door that doesn't close etc. Outdoor pool to remake defected screw screw screws at the bottom of the pool defected jets and not running

We stayed here for seven days on holiday to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and my birthday. Check in was simple and quick, but we initially thought the half board price was too inflated. However we quickly realized that they have created an atmosphere for experiencing wonderful foods and wines while enjoying the company of your partner, family, friends or colleagues. Meals became events to treasure. The pools and spa area are clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Our room was small but quiet and temperature-controlled to our preference. The train station is about a 250 meter walk from the lobby. The front desk clerks can assist in securing and coordinating any of several guided tours to wineries or historical landmarks. I will stay here again whenever our travels bring us to the area. It was a fantastic and relaxing experience!

Incredible service, especially the director of the hotel is very nice. The food was excellent. Everyday the menu changed. The quality of the meat was great, the deserts amazing. The food was like in a Michelins star restaurant. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and cozy, I also liked the Aqua di Parma staff in the room. all the staff is great. Especially, Roman, Fabio, Elisa and many more. Ludmilla did a wonderful Job, facial of Biological Recherche, Mani and Pedicure, Massages. Also the hairdresser is very cool and did a fantastic job. The temperature in the hotel was good, warm and cozy.

IL PEGGIOR (E PIU SPORCO) IMPIANTO MAI VISTO! Entrati solo per la piscina termale, no hotel, quindi giudichiamo solo quello. Pagati 60€ in 3 per entrare alle 16:30. Dobbiamo uscire dall'hotel e percorrerne il perimetro (in esterna) per accedere alle piscine. Arrivati non riusciamo a capire dove cambiarci perché la porta da direttamente al ”bordo piscina” e siamo increduli al dover entrare con le scarpe per accedere alle uniche 2 stanzine (monoposto) che fungono da spogliatoio. Nessun armadietto per riporre le cose. 4 sdrai in croce a bordo piscina (strettissimo) oppure le sedie da giardino bianche. Nessun posto dove appoggiare zaino, scarpe, giubbotti, ed è un problema perché essendo così stretto, per terra è ovviamente tutto bagnato ovunque... Notiamo qualcosa che sembra un termosifone spento e proviamo ad appoggiare gli zaini momentaneamente: c'era uno strato di polvere umidiccia che al contatto si è trasformato in fanghiglia. A proposito di fanghiglia: il bordo piscina interna è (come comprensibile) completamente sporco dato che gli spogliatoi non hanno un'entrata separata. Entriamo in piscina e notiamo che sulla parete verticale, a filo acqua, è presente un generoso strato di grasso della pelle (schifosamente visibile anche nelle plastiche che separano la piscina interna da quella esterna). Nessun bar, solo una macchinetta automatica (eccerto, nuoto sempre con il portamonete!). In tutto ci saranno 50 posti (20 lettini e 30 sedie di plastica da giardino) e quando siamo arrivati erano tutti occupati (solo da asciugamani, mica da persone...). Non sapevamo dove metterci e NESSUN bagnino o staff ha aiutato (non abbiamo visto proprio nessuno che non fosse cliente al bagno con la cuffia!!!! Ma il bagnino non è obbligatorio?). Scopriamo così la sala di sopra dove un prepotente odore di scarico diesel che rientra da qualche bocchetta del muro rende l'aria irrespirabile. 45 secondi di bagno. 60€ in 3 con una bimba. SE NON SIETE ATTREZZATI PER RICEVERE BAGNANTI CHE NON SIANO CLIENTI DELL'HOTEL... ALLORA SEMPLICEMENTE NON FATELO!!!

Albergo centrale a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale, tranquillo, con ampi saloni arredati con gusto. Zona piscine ampia molto confortevole ma il bagno turco era fuori uso. Servizio reception cortese e corretto. Abbiamo fatto solo la prima colazione in un bel salone. Camerieri molto solerti e la colazione e’ buona con ampia scelta tra dolce e salato, mentre il caffè potrebbe migliorare

A wonderful holiday mainly due to personnel who were very kind and professional. I am a regular visitor and so far have never been disappointed. My favourite hotel. Always feel great after a visit to Ariston Molihno. I shall recommend tit o my friends in Brussels and Ireland.
