It’s such a good place and a great spacious room but the pillows and smells bacteria. I asked to change the beddings and it was sprayed something for the linen when I checked in but the smells of the bacteria still there. Please do it better 🙏🏼

The first thing you will notice is that it is not in the busy area of Riverside- this will mean a short trip too and from when you do want to visit the bars and restaurants of the tourist centre. The next thing is identifying Snowbell Hotel- it is a hotel within a hotel, occupying floors 28 & 29 of SOHO Bridge. Little waiting for an elevator here with 6 or 8 delivering you to reception (fl28). Checking in was easy having pre booked and prepaid online but unusual at least for for this part of the world, was a request for a cash deposit (US$30) to be returned on checkout- so make sure you have some dollars before you arrive. Don’t forget the formal checkout or you forfeit your deposit and be on time or it could cost $10/hr. The room was open with full sized windows giving a 29th floor view of the Mekong and a small tributary. An empty bar fridge and relatively spartan furnishings makes the deposit request a little more unusual. Hotel guests have access to a rooftop pool and gym but this needs to be arranged at reception where you trade your room card for an access card and reverse the process when you want to return to your room. Access is limited to half a dozen or so people at a time. Rooms were light and clean. Staff are both courteous and friendly. I suspect this hotel is more a destination for a business traveller and not someone on holidays.
