Everything is perfect except for the following: the construction noise is too much and is a headache. We have a hard time relaxing during day time. Too loud noise. Also, hopefully they will improve the cleanliness of the room. Lots of dust especially below the bed. There was no kettle inside our room which was the most important. The pool area has a lot of guests who smoke, can’t stay there because I’m pregnant and can’t take the smell of the smoke and it’s risks. Nevertheless, grateful to be able to stay at Cozrum! ❤️🙏🏻FromSGD 22

I stayed in a room without windows. Generally, the room is good. The only problem was lots of ants and spiders, but I’m guessing this is what you get in Vietnam, can’t get rid of them. They’ve been in every hotel live stayed at. The other point though is the very loud people. I don’t know why people treat a hotel as a night club, I couldn’t sleep both nights cause people were yelling and running around slamming doors at 1:30am in the morning. The door lets in the smallest of noises.
However, the service was great and the hotel shuttle was very helpful since I traveled with luggage.FromSGD 21

The best Le Saigon hotel 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 best hotel, located closest to ë airport, best breakfast buffet, great service, always available on chat/email when needed, clean room, and friendly front office staff, we never made a mistake that we chose this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on our 1st in Vietnam, and after our trip from Nha Trang we chose to stay here again for being closest to the airport, the second time exceeds our expectations when they agreed to let us stay in the same room when we extended for another night.
