The location is excellent—very close to the train station, mall, and other establishments. However, there are several nearby hotels that are larger, cleaner, and more affordable. This was our third time staying in this area, and we wanted to try a different hotel. Since this one was more expensive, we expected a better experience compared to what we usually get from other hotels nearby. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room was very small, and the breakfast was not a buffet like those offered by other nearby hotels. Instead, there were only five continental breakfast options, which were not enough for me. The garden also did not match the photos—it was very dusty and not a place you’d want to sit and relax. Additionally, the staff were not very accommodating. We arrived from the airport to Taichung feeling exhausted, and when we arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, we were told that check-in was strictly at 3:00 PM. We returned to the reception 10 minutes before 3, but they still refused to let us check in until exactly 3:00 PM. This was quite frustrating, and we hoped for at least a little consideration for tired guests. Overall, Not a good experience for us. I will put this as my least option next time I book.

Convenient location; and able to walk to Taroko mall which is just minutes away from hotel. Basic & good hotel for a 3d2n. Good breakfast sets. Room is quite small; so if you have 1 large luggage & 1 medium luggage. Please be mindful.

A 5mins walk away from Taichung train station. Location wise is very convenient everything is within the area. The complementary breakfast is also good. Room is quite small but overall cleanliness is really good.
