|0.46km from downtownA hidden gem in Valencia. Very centrally located. Walking distance around the major touristic spots. It is in a private building. Very secure with code to enter the building and then the hotel itself. The hotel is kind of like low-key about six rooms, but the rooms are very spacious and clean and modern with very comfortable, king-size beds and clean sheets clean towels and hot water. The staff is very friendly. It is not staffed all day, but if you’re just visiting the city for tourism and seeing the sites this is a perfect spot to stay if you don’t care about hotel amenities. Extremely reasonably priced, actually very cheap per American standards. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to see the city on foot and have a clean room at a decent price!

|1.22km from downtownThis is a small hotel about 15 minute stroll from the centre and a 10 minute walk to the airport metro station. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures show, a tight squeeze when the sofa bed is pulled out and the pillows are lumpy but it was clean, has a good shower and the air-con is silent. The continental breakfast is good and the staff are helpful and friendly. The minibar and snacks provided on the first day are included in the room price but there was only 2 small bottles of sparkling water with 2 cans of beer and 2 soft drinks, no bottled drinking water was provided so we had to go to a shop for that. Overall it’s a nice hotel, I’m not sure of the average room prices in Valencia but for 2 adults and a 14yr old €400/night seems excessive, we assumed that by reserving a junior suite might have provided more space but that could be the standard in this beautiful Spanish city.

Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable since the toilet was in a corner, but shower pressure and hot water were good. Room was hot, had to open the windows.

|2.78km from downtownStayed 2 nights for a meeting. Clean hotel, friendly staff, firm mattresses, good shower, free tea and coffee (not in room). Located on a very busy roundabout towards the south of the city. Buses nearby to get into centre (no 7) and beach (no 99). More of a backpackers, workers hotel. Not too many families, reception is basic, bar has seen better days (you have to get cold drinks from the fridge and pay at reception). Luckily my room faced the back of hotel away from continual traffic of the 4lane roundabout out the front. Avoided breakfast as looked very school canteen. 100 euro a night, but it was summer in a coastal city.

|4.56km from downtownWe stayed here for a week as I was attending and international conference and this was one of the recommended hotels from the conference organisers. A two-star hotel but with an amazing restaurant, Sabbia who provide excellent food and free evening cabarets with your evening meals. The rooms are clean and airy, the hotel staff are excellent and very helpful. The location is on the beach, bust stops close by. Perfect. The only downside is the disco further round the bay which does not close down until 4 am. Even with the windows and shutters closed you can still here the bass drum music.

|0.88km from downtownLovely hotel in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the beautiful Turia Park and the same distance to the cathedral (providing you don't get lost which we did the first time!!). Room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable with a balcony. Only concern was the lack of cupboard space. Kettle was provided but the tea was camomile and no milk. We took our own tea and coffee and just asked for a jug of milk each day which they were happy to give us. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Right from the start they answered our e mails promptly and their English is great. They booked taxis for us from and to the airport. . Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. However there were occasions when there was nobody around and we had to go hunt for someone to get us coffee or milk for our cereal. A jug of milk by the cereal would have saved some of that. We would definitely stay here again.

|0.39km from downtownIt was a very nice modern hostel and perfect for me as I had missed my connecting flight home from Ibiza and it was late at night and I had no where to sleep and came to this place last minute. It was very clean and very modern the staff were very helpful. I was in a lot of distress as I had a lot going on and I missed my flight and because of this I left so much of my stuff in the hostel by mistake. The staff kept it safe for 6 months for me and even packaged it up for me and measured it ready to be collected by a shipment company for me. I am beyond happy about this. I would definitely recommend as it is close to everything especially the train station, and the staff are very helpful, thank you so much, I would definitely return if ever in Valencia, and this time not leave my stuff lol

Everything was great, however, I would have liked that the AC cools more, because it was controlled and was almost hot. Out of that, all goes ok and we enjoy our stay. The food at the restaurant was very good and also the service. The front desk personnel, also excellent. Highly recommended hotel. (Note - visit the near Saler shopping center and eat in ”Muerde La Pasta”. Very good buffet.)

|1.58km from downtown3-night city trip with friends in this pleasant city. Our choice of accommodation lived up to our expectations. The quality/price ratio is there! Located in a quiet area with very little traffic. The building is modern, tastefully decorated and quite refined. The reception and the hall set the tone as soon as you arrive. Open and professional staff. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The bedding is good and the cleaning was perfect. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. Nothing to complain about. We recommend without any hesitation. We had taken the meal plan for breakfast which is a little disappointing. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria on the corner. The place is good but the choice is limited as are the quantities. You can only choose one plate (scrambled eggs, salmon toast, avocado toast, sweet toast with Nutella/pear/walnuts, etc.) and we were left wanting more. The quantities clearly need to be reviewed. We do not recommend the breakfast formula for big eaters. There were 4 of us women and unanimously, we were still hungry after eating the plate. Pastries are extra. The geographical location is good for visiting the old town (20 minutes on foot) and the new town (13 minutes on foot). It is located near the large park (2 minutes on foot) in the middle of the city so you automatically pass by it whatever visits you make... This park is long and crosses a large part of the city, a real treat for lovers of cycling, walking, running, rollerblading, etc.

|0.94km from downtownThe hotel is very close to the new (high-speed train) and the old train station (and some high-speed trains). It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk without taking the wrong road. It is very good for two people or a family of many people, and for several couples. Friends are also very suitable, two bedrooms and a living room, one of the bedrooms can be two single beds, there is a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook immediately, there is a washing machine on a small balcony, two bathrooms, the whole apartment is very new , Clean, quiet, and feel very good at home. If you have plenty of time, it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk into the city center. The hotel does not provide any food, but there are many restaurants, small supermarkets and many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is basically the guests themselves Management, the staff go to work from 10 am to 6 pm, the hotel door enters and exits with the password button to open the door, tell the staff what time to leave the store before checking out, only need to put the key in the room when leaving the store, pay attention to any garbage Put in the trash

The bathroom was a fair size but could get very slippy and no gripping for showering which could be a problem for elderly or less mobile guests. The breakfast was buffet style. There was some choice in cereals, toast, bacon, ham, cheese, fresh orange juice and a drinks machine for tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would have preferred more egg choices such as scrambled. The downside was the loud music from an open air nightclub nearby. This would go on until 3am. Staff, with one exception, who worked in the restaurant were nice and friendly.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, easy to get to, in a great location with great amenities and the reception staff were very nice also. I would absolutely bring my family here to stay. My only slight issues were that It was not 100% clear that reception is in another building one street away. But once we released this, it was all very simple to check-in.

Very central and staff go above and beyond to male your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We booked the Duluxe Double room with hot tub. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Slippers and Gowns included too! We didn't eat in the restaurant, as we were out and about so much but from what we could see it was very nicely decorated and the menu looked good! Highly recommend a stay with You & Co Boutique. We will be returning for sure!

From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy.
I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk.
If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out.
The staff was nice and kind.

Valencia is well walking so this hotel is good to move easily and reach the places to visit. It is a hotel for those who are satisfied and are not claiming much; fortunately the room was quite clean and, above all, I had no chests in my bed or scarfs, which I feared after reading the reviews of other travelers. The bathroom is completely re-realized, the shower is open without tents so if you use the bathroom is flooding. I have not used it. nice staff. I don't think I'll come back to this hotel, it should be completely renewed, but my vote is enough for the central position.

The location was great as it is just across the street from a main subway stop, and then it is also walkable to many bus stops in the area and other great locations. The room was simple, clean and ideal for us to have a table for dining and or working and a small kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. We cooked minimally in the kitchen, but everything was there for you to make it work, and grocery stores in the area are nearby and easy to find. A/C was great, it was secure, and check in/out were easy as well. The only area of improvement for this price range would be the internet. It was slow at times likely due to sharing in the building with others, but it was ok for a week. Just not ideal if you are broadcasting over video and require perfect experience.

Staff very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed on the first floor, small lift was available. I had noisy neighbours in the next room, I mentioned it to reception. The issue was dealt with straight away. I only had two issues, 1) the front door step is hazardous, no warning and takes a bit of getting used to. The second, no tea or coffee facility in the room. There is tea/ coffee facilities near reception, however, if you’re an early riser your sat waiting around. Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel is lovely, would stay again.

Location is excellent, right on a shopping street with a supermarket and metro station opposite. Taxi rank also opposite in front of the shopping center. A quick walk brought you to the main squares with gorgeous bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere except to the beach. Stayed in room 101 which was v clean, beds v comfortable and pillows good. Mattresses encased in a metal frame which was V close to the wall and we banged our legs off it every time. V little space between the bed and wall with TV on. Right beside the lift and stairs. V noisy A/C. Bathroom lovely, shower excellent but the sink was in the bedroom as opposed to being in the bathroom. Room V dark with no natural light. Soundproofing excellent, we heard no noise from the street below, wardrobes are these new modern type so lots of open shelves but nowhere to hang a dress or long shirt. Safe and fridge with products to buy but we filled it with water and wine. Breakfast fine, fresh eggs, hams, cheeses etc. Something for everyone. We stayed as a group of 8 and were able to find space to sit together in the back room beside the kitchen. Staff were excellent. For the price and location I would return but I would prob upgrade to a better room.

There was no work table & that was an issue. I was there for 1 night & hence managed to adjust. The restaurant was really the best part of the stay. I had a vegan burger & it was really nice. I would recommend this hotel if you have a short stay.
