We were deciding between The Westin Sendai Hotel and another hotel located right at the train station for the same price of SGD155 per night in Dec 2023 and I’m glad we went with The Westin Sendai. Firstly, their service is impeccable and truly living up to a luxury hotel’s standard. Secondly, their hotel’s view is impressive considering that it is the tallest building in Sendai. We walked to the Sendai's Pageant of Starlight and it was a very comfortable and cooling 15 min walk. 100% would recommend The Westin Sendai when you come to Sendai.

This hotel is located a short walk from Sendai station, through Parco 2 and down Sendai morning market Street. There were so many food options close by we never had to go far for a delicious feed. The hotel itself has self check in machines that have an English option. They had lots of complimentary amenities on offer in the lobby including different types of teas, skincare products, hair products and bath products. The room itself is your typical business hotel. It was clean, had an all in one bathroom, small desk and air purified and humidifier. The bed was comfy and there was room under the bed to store smaller luggage items. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a convenient budget option

The hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai station’s West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called “Loft” and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called “Labi Sendai”. It’s got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel. I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.

We stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

Traveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

It's a new hotel that I just made last year. I booked this hotel on an expedition for a concert. The room is a new hotel, so it's all shiny. The windows are big, the curtains are fashionable, and the water around the room is circling. Nothing to say! The size of the public bath was just warmed up -- the front desk was on the seventh floor, and when I returned to the hotel after the concert, I was able to take a row in front of the elevator. I bought lunch at seven on the first floor late. But when you can eat night meals for free...it was better than lunch. The breakfast was also the best. Just at 11 o'clock check out, there was a row waiting for the elevator on each floor, and I couldn't ride it several times and I sent it. I will ask for improvement there Next, if I have something to come to Sendai again, I will definitely book again!

少し解りにくい場所だったので、ナビを使ってたどり着くことができた。部屋は、新しくは無いが清潔にされていて、特に問題はなかった。フロントの接客は丁寧で好感が持てた静かな立地で夜はゆっくり休むことができた。朝食は小分けされ、安心して食べることができ、味も手作り感があって、優しい味だった。スタッフのみなさんもにこやかで、朝から元気を貰えた。今回は一泊だが、数日滞在して、隠れ家的に使えそうなホテルだと思った。

This is a new building hotel that opened in March 2020 on the east exit side of Sendai Station. Since the hotel is basically a private stay, if you have a beautiful futon, bath and toilet, and amenities such as beautiful towels and hair dryers, the front desk is simple and smooth for parents. It was cut off and I felt like I couldn't complain. Under the situation of the corona whirlpool, the hospitality required for accommodation facilities felt comfortable, including security, but there was no knowledge and language ability. The distance between the hotel and JR Sendai Station is within 1km, and you can walk there in 10 minutes. There is a subway entrance at the door. You can also consider changing to the JR subway, so you can walk less while dragging your suitcase. You put your slippers in the cabinet as soon as you enter the door. The cabinet comes with a key which is very convenient. The hotel hardware is very new and the service is also very good. I remember that ramen is served every night from 21:30 to 11:00, half a bowl for late night snacks, drinks and coffee machines are available, and hot springs are open from 15:00 to 10:00 the next morning. There are 2 indoor men's baths. The outdoor area is very comfortable, and it’s not crowded even if you go there during the off-peak hours. After you’re done, there’s cold drinks available at the door. There are 6 flavors. I think the chocolate one is delicious, and there’s Yakult available every morning. It’s really great. The washing machine and dryer are also in the hot spring changing room. If you go to wash it later, it will be very empty, especially the men's bath. The buffet breakfast is 2,800 yen per adult and 1,400 yen per child. Once you eat it, you will know that it is worth it. It is quite worth it. A very satisfying stay. The check-out time can be as late as 11 o'clock. Among the several hotels I stayed at during this trip to Japan, it was quite late. Most of them had to check out at 10:00. Full marks for the accommodation. If I have to find one flaw, leave it. It would be nice to be closer to the JR station. The premium version of Dormi Inn is well-deserved.
