Guest UserGuest UserThey are calling themselves a wellness hotel and they are! The staff are very nice and attentive to the details. There are interesting sessions to attend during your stay and you will love it. The breakfast options were great and I enjoyed them so much while I stayed. The hotel provided a shuttle bus to central mall in case you don't drive. I won't recommend to walk from the main road to the hotel. I want to highlight the gym here that people will love and one more thing the hotel won't accept the customer under 16 years old.

The room was spotless and regularly serviced. The reception staff were obliging and service was prompt.
The pool area was always tidy.
Overall a really nice week was had.
IRENA_BORODINAIRENA_BORODINAThe hotel is quite old, but it has beautiful grounds and lush, tropical plants. The breakfasts are decent, the pools are clean, and the staff is attentive. The squirrels near the restaurant are adorable! The sea and beach are simply stunning, and there were always enough sun loungers. The plumbing in the room was fine.
Now for the downsides: The sun loungers and their mattresses are very old. The bed linen also looks quite worn. The room is a bit dark, and the air conditioning blows directly onto the beds, making it impossible to sleep with it on. The dishes in the restaurant are also dated, which was unpleasant. There's also not enough lighting in the evenings, even on the hotel grounds. On my last day, it rained, and I slipped and fell on the tiles; luckily, I didn't break anything.
We stayed in room A06, which had direct pool access. However, even in these rooms, which are the furthest from the bar, you can still hear noise from the neighboring bar at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be uncomfortable.
The planes weren't really an issue; they don't fly by that often.
I'd like to address parents separately: unsupervised children in the pool were behaving terribly – screaming, teasing, and swearing – all right outside our rooms. Their parents paid no attention, making it impossible to relax in our room or on the terrace.
Overall, though, I recommend the hotel because of its location and proximity to the sea.

However, you might want to bring earplugs if there's an event or a lot of guests, as the sound of people entering and exiting rooms can be a bit loud.
Snapper59Snapper59I stayed in a villa for 16 days with my own private pool out of sight of other guests. I have an ileostomy bag hanging off my stomach and feel I need to cover up when in public pool areas. The private pool was absolutely fantastic for me, being able to swim anytime I felt like it without being conscious of my bag. Truly fantastic for me. Facilities were right up there, everything you could want. The lovely cleaning ladies were excellent and had personality, although they probably didn't understand a word I said. Never stopped smiling. The hotel is slightly out of the way, but nothing on a scooter or in a Grab, the traffic was generally light and very courteous. Highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
步行 | Traveller步行 | TravellerThe positive thing about this place is that it is extremely centrally located on Chaweng beach with walking distance to the beach front and the big mall nearby, with plenty of restaurants and easy access to tours and transportation. The staffs are friendly and the house-cleaning seems to be great also.
There are some downsides, however.
1. The breakfast was extremely crowded especially in the morning with very very limited options. I once saw about dozens of people simultaneously handing tickets for the only chef at the egg station, which resulted in very long wait time (I didn't even get the food, they lost the ticket).
2. The other guests are extremely loud at all hours of the day even deep at night. The hotel should really implement a quiet hour policy.
3. There were also a lot of trash on the beach in front of the hotel and no one is bothering to pick it up. All facilities are massively over-utilized and the entire place feels crowded.
4. The room felt very old and (understandably) damp, with very poor Wifi reception. The overall Wifi reception at this hotel is poor and occasionally the Wifi is just completely down.
5. The restaurant was on the expensive side. You do have to walk a bit to find more reasonable prices (for me).

Koh Samui is a beautiful island, but it's now very chaotic and overcrowded with tourists. We booked a Jacuzzi Villa for 7 nights, and the room was indeed beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, the resort's service didn't measure up. The breakfast buffet was just standard, nothing special for a resort of this caliber.
But the worst part was the management of the Full Moon Party trip, which we booked directly through the hotel. After waiting at the pier for over 60 minutes, there was still no clear indication of when the boat would depart. After a long discussion, the staff at the pier confirmed that we could cancel and would receive a refund from the hotel (where we had paid). However, when we returned to the hotel, they refused, stating that no refund would be issued!
It felt like the boat company and the hotel were in cahoots to keep our money. Good service and sincerity towards customers shouldn't be like this. Given this incident and the overall poor service, I absolutely do not recommend this place.Trending Searches
