Very close to Chit Lom BTS station and have 7-eleven nearby, can go to BigC & Central World easily by walking through the air-bridge and even go to Siam. It’s very convenient to stay for a trip in Bangkok.😊

Good location as it’s close to the places where I usually would visit plus BTS. Second time staying at the Holiday Inn but at a different wing (the one where the lift is behind the pool). The room is big but also a bit old as things seem to be falling apart at places. 1) I got woken up by the sound of water dripping from the bathroom ceiling one morning. Called front desk but they misheard and thought the water basin was leaking. The ceiling was already sagging a bit so was afraid that it might collapse. 2) The metal plate by the door was loose so need to attempt closing the door a few times. Otherwise the door won’t lock properly. 3) Bathtub drainage was blocked so water would start pooling around the feet.

Our stay at Renaissance Ratchaprasong is perfect, from the location to the service. Most of the days we grab/line man our food and we can pick them up at the lobby as long as we leave the details during ordering. Check-in was smooth too!

This is a wonderful hotel and I truly enjoyed my stay there for the past 2 weeks. The lounge club on the 37th floor is worth mentioning as they provide excellent meals and their staff service is impeccable - thank you Mr Pichet and his crew. The housekeeping is thorough and had great attention to detail - kudos to all the house-keeping staff. I will definitely revisit this hotel again in the future. The gym is well-equipped and has an amazing view on the 36th floor. The only grouses is the aircon and drainage is a bit noisy in my room 3310 as I am a light sleeper. Thank you, once again for your generous hospitality.

The hotel itself is 10000/10, very comfortable and luxurious. We used the lounge everyday and we were pampered throughout our stay. It is easy to go to Central World by foot, but when it comes to using grab taxi to go anywhere, the traffic was so bad that the car doesn't move for like 15mis or so... I recommend using train from the airport too. But I'd still stay here again because we didn't really need to use grab since everything we needed was walking distance.

We were greatly impressed by the tidiness of the room, and the beds are really comfortable as well. In addition, the staffs of the hotel are really friendly and helpful, especially valets Khun Unda and Khun Wut who not only assist us with the luggage, but also with the reserving tables at restaurants and finding taxis for us (since we don’t know Thai and they help translating English to Thai for us) In short, a definite recommendation from us if you are looking for nice place to stay with proactive staff that always try to assist guests with anything!

Small quaint Hotel in Bangkok, very reasonably priced. Easy access to shops. Staff couldn't do enough for us, with a friendly smile. We loved the seperate Living space and small kitchen, very handy if travelling with children. Pool area was a great way to cool down after a big day shopping. Only negative was the mattress was a little hard for our liking.

Service was impeccable - all my requests were swiftly met. Staff were pleasant and friendly. As someone who is very particular about bathrooms, Waldorf Astoria exceeded expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had plenty of closet space. Great location as well, given the Bangkok traffic, the hotel is only a short walk from many nearby malls (or if you’re feeling adventurous, motorbike rides will be even quicker). I ordered a few room service meals and genuinely found the Thai cuisine better than some restaurants.

It's ok. For the price it's good. And this review might not be valuable for long, they are undergoing renovations as they were doing demolition on the 16th - 18th floors when I was there. About 20 years ago, there was a massive investment in high-rise condominiums. A crash in the market caused a lot of these buildings to become all-suites hotels, and I'm guessing that's what happened to the Bliston Suwan. My room was very big for a very nice part of town at a very reasonable price. It had a living room and bedroom with all the appliances including a washing machine. So if that's your formula for success, this is a good choice. The problem is that it feels like it wants you to move in and decorate it. It feels - empty, I guess you could say. The bedsheets are sort of rough, something you would replace if you lived there. There wasn't much of a mattress cover and you could feel every ridge and stitch of the mattress (the couch was more comfortable to sleep on). There's not much furniture in the big space, and the TV screens are small compared to modern hotels. The common areas were particularly sp****, empty spaces like a warehouse. These are all things that might be addressed in a renovation. It felt a bit dated too. There were a lot of stains on the carpet, and the 1990's style DVD player was retro. Breakfast was something to miss, I would recommend trying some of the many options just outside the hotel (including an AMAZING coffee shop across the street). The staff was highly effective and pleasant to deal with (as is typical with Thai hospitality in my experience).

Location was not bad. Big C was next door and Central World mall is opposite. The room was spacious but looked dated. The bed was comfortable. However, there were cockroaches in the toilet and bedroom. My room was facing the Central World mall and could hear thumping music at night but it stopped at 10pm. Breakfast options are limited.

We stayed at the hotel in Bangkok for the first time, and upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Ben, an exceptional staff member. When she found out I was feeling unwell after an early morning flight, she arranged for us to check in before the standard 2 p.m. time. A few days into our stay, she even surprised us with a small treat! The hotel’s environment was peaceful, and the room was cozy. Except that on our first day, the bathroom light was not working and we contacted the staff and they immediately rectified it. The other downside was it was a bit of a walk to the mall and BTS station. However, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the nearby mall, which is a nice touch.

The buffet is also delicious, my only recommendation is to offer a variety of foods every other day or once in a while. Overall 10 out of 10.

A bit far off from the main road, suitable for people with their own mean of transportation. However, good quality materials have been used for this property compare to the little price you pay. Deposit cash is required upon check in and they will run up to check the room when you check out. Keep the room clean as they are ready to charge at every spot they found on the sheet.

Location was by far the best thing about this hotel for us, the other features, service and amenities were great but location is what stands out. Because of the traffic in Bangkok, navigating using rideshare services can take a really long time, stuck in traffic. At this location, not only are you a short walk from national stadium BTS, meaning you have easy access to the Silom and Sukhumvit lines. It also, has the BTS bus stop allowing easy transportation into the city to visit the grand palace, and temple of emerald Buddha. Additionally in the nearby canal/klong there is a river boat public transport service which we found incredibly fast and easy to use, though I would wear a mask as the water was a little dirty.

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

About 5 minutes from MRT There are shops/restaurants and street food along the road A hotel is a single-occupancy apartment on site, not a hotel. Therefore, the front desk and service cannot be compared with that of a hotel. The room space is okay and there is enough space for display There are sinks and microwaves available for use The bathroom is very dark and has no window, so there is no air convection. The floor-to-ceiling windows are the rear windows of ordinary homes. Oh, there is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. The bed is soft and not very elastic It is very inconvenient that there is no socket at the bedside There is WIFI and the speed is okay For less than 1,000 baht a night One stop away from SIAM business district bts Living functions are good. 711 is just around the corner downstairs.

Our stay at Shan villas was excellent! This is a new hotel in the heart of Bangkok and it did not disappoint! Great location, a short trip from the On Nut Station. The villas are spacious with a great open air concept, beautiful interior and really beautiful pool! We highly recommend booking the jacuzzi villa as you can spend time with your friends in a villa that is very reasonably priced! We had the warmest welcome from all Staff members and we treated exceptionally well, they made us feel at home instantly and assisted us at all times for anything we might have needed, our stay was truly made by the incredible service we received, the food was the highlight of the stay! We opted for the floating breakfast and it was amazing, and a night at the rooftop dome dining experience, the food was delicious and top quality seafood too! Very fresh and both options of Thai and Western food! We would definitely stay at Shan villas when we are back in Bangkok! A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable! The room, bedroom, bathroom was really clean. The food was really good as well. The 2 nights we strayed there was a pool party on top. We could enjoy the pool, tough. Only think we didn’t like was that on the last day it was an out-gate with the electricity so the lifts were not working. Which is ok. But we needed to take all our luggage 15 floors down. A manager on the 15th floor saw us leaving with the suitcases but she didn’t call any staff to help us. They even offered us a drink. Nothing. Only the say sorry, sorry and that’s is. Please next time have an emergency plan designed for the comfort of the guests. Pdta: they gave us a dessert because our honeymoon, which was a good detail.

About a 5-minute walk from the MRT station. There are restaurants and a Lotus supermarket nearby. The building is new and clean. A deposit (1000THB) is required at check-in. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk and no contact information, so I couldn't enter the hotel for a while. I saw two ladies chatting in the building next door, so I decided to ask them, but one of them was a receptionist. No apology. Also, after entering the room, only one of my PCs could not connect to the wifi, so I asked the receptionist, but it took a while to resolve the issue. I was told that only two devices could connect to the wifi. The people seemed nice, but the whole exchange made me very tired on the first day. There is no partition between the toilet and shower, so the floor gets soaked.

Stayed here for three nights on a quick “weekend” getaway trip, and wasn’t disappointed. The room was very big, with a bedroom and en-suite seperate from the living area and kitchenette. Bed was a king size and very clean and comfortable. En-suite was big, clean with a bathtub/shower. Toiletries and clean towels supplied everyday, but there wasn’t a hairdryer just FYI. Chaise lounge in the living area along with flat screen tv and DVD player. Dining table and full size fridge, with bottled water supplied daily. We bought our own coffee and milk, but complimentary coffee is offered every morning down in The Sip cafe. There’s a nice rooftop respite too, and the washing machine is up there if you need to do laundry. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and polite. We really enjoyed our stay here! There are also a couple of Michelin Star restaurants down the street, along with a very good suit tailor just around the corner. Highly recommend if you want clean, quiet, self contained accommodation not smack bang in the city. For us, it was central and an easy walk to wherever we wanted to go, but there are plenty of taxis and tuk tuk’s available in the street if you’re not a walker (like us). SBS...clean, safe, comfortable and affordable, we like it!!

Not! Often! Recommend! Recommend! In Taiwan, you can use Lai to confirm the relevant details of the housing with the landlord (English communication is barrier-free, and the map guide is very intimate to facilitate passengers to arrive ~~~ The room has no difference with the pictures on the Internet, and the overall non-~ Chang~ Big ~ is also very clean! Each room has a private bathroom and simple toiletries, which is very friendly and intimate for friends! The only fly in the ointment is that the pool does not have extra lighting at night, so there will be a little black (but turning on the room light can also be an alternative solution xd If you have any questions during the journey, you can contact the landlord soon, very at ease >< (The accommodation is in a residential area, so it will take a little time to get to the downtown area, and pay attention to the volume at night! Recommended for all travelers who need private accommodation!

It's great. The location is super convenient. It's just next to Pixel Building. Two roads and two subway stations are not far away. There's an elevator and it's very convenient to go upstairs with luggage. The smell of herbal tea in the elevator is very nostalgic and the air conditioner is very strong. Downstairs is 711. Every night Wang Jia Er standing guard for you makes me happy just thinking about it hahaha I want to eat supper 711 is downstairs! Every morning, I go to the fruit stand downstairs to buy fruit. The owner of the stall is very cute, but he can speak Chinese but not English. When checking in, it may be that there is something wrong with the Ctrip platform. The aunt at the front desk inquired for a long time and charged a deposit of 300 baht. At that time, I thought there was still a deposit. The page for booking was not written. I was a little unhappy, but I still cooperated with the payment. Returning the deposit is very reassuring and it must not affect the staff I like very much afterwards. The hotel provides a simple breakfast, including coffee, milk, toast, eggs, etc., but the Ctrip page states that there is no breakfast. After arriving at the store, the clerk offered to provide breakfast. Wow, it was an unexpected surprise and it was very convenient. The auntie who baked bread for us at breakfast is also super nice and warm. I came back late to borrow a hair dryer. Although the night guard brother can’t speak English, there are twists and turns, but I can feel their enthusiasm. I really like the staff here Most importantly the store is super clean! ! ! ! I don't think my home is so spotless, this location, this environment, this price! So worth it! It may be that the boss didn’t spend much energy on online promotion, knowing that there are not many people in this hotel, but I really think it is a good choice, so I wrote such a long review to thank you for your care. This hotel is like a building There are a lot of apartment rooms and staff! In the end, if I have to say something wrong, my room has a balcony, but the view is not good, and the room size is not big, but the layout is reasonable. If I still go to Bangkok, I will consider staying here^•^

A friend of mine recommended this hotel to me when I visited Thailand last November 2023. I also highly recommend this boutique hotel for the following reasons: 1. It's just a few steps away from the MRT, so that means staying in this hotel will enable you to save some money on transportation. 2. Clean, orderly and noise-free. My four-day stay was very comfortable. 3. The most important of all, for the time, the staff were very friendly, all smiles all the time, and very helpful. I think it is the nature of Thai people to be gentle and kind, and I really appreciate how I was treated kindly. One time, I was having difficulties talking with the motorcycle driver because he did not understand English that much, and so I asked for help from the receptionist. The receptionist talked to the driver over the app on phone and even walked me to the pick up point a few meters away from the hotel. The driver was unable to pick me up in front of the hotel because of heavy traffic. Also one of the staff let me borrow the plug for cellphones overnight. Lastly, wen I had to leave very early in the morning for the airport, he even helped me get my luggage into the trunk of the Grab taxi. Bedever has made stay in Bangkok much, much better. To the staff, thank you ka mak mak. l I will definitely book my stay here next time!

This time I stayed at Deluxe Double Room with a washing machine. Pros: * Prime Location: Conveniently situated in a bustling area, making it easy to explore the city. * Luxurious Bathrooms: The bathrooms with bathtubs are a definite plus, perfect for relaxation. * Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast spread offers a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. * Modern and New: As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are fresh and contemporary. Cons: While the hotel is off to a good start, there's room for improvement in terms of staff training. A few instances of staff members not acknowledging guests, albeit unintentional, can detract from the overall experience. It's hoped that the hotel will address this minor issue as they continue to refine their operations. Overall Impression: Nishitets Croom Bangkok Siloam is promising new hotel with a lot to offer. The prime location, spacious bathroom with bathtub, and delicious breakfast make it a great choice for travelers.

The room cleaning service on 6 Oct unfortunately does not demonstrate the standard we expect from JAL. The staff seems to be in a rush, hence removes our clothes from the bed to the table with little care, leaving them in a mess. This is totally in contrast with what is observed one day before, when the clothes are nicely placed flat on bed. Another issue of concern is the rough handling of guest’s charging cable. When we returns to the hotel at night, it is seen stuck in the gap of the drawer, which makes my friend quite upset. Therefore, before a high-score rating can be given, the management is kindly advised to review the way in which the room cleaning service is delivered to customers.
