We stayed here for one night, and the room was sufficiently big. It was a 12-15-minute walk from Shinjuku station, but it was a sheltered-linked walk. The linked way had an escalator, and moving with luggage wasn't an issue. The view from our room was great! We reached the hotel early but we could leave our luggage at a storage area which was really useful!

Near Narita airport with shuttle bus to Narita train station, Aeon mall and Narita airport. Hotel is with Lawson 24hrs convenience store and Onsen. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of local and international food. Recommend to choose the new wing rather than the old wing with bigger room as its old as suggested by previous hotel guests 👍

The location is good closed to 2-3 lines of trains. Fast self check in and check out. The only thing I don’t like is the bathroom. Every time I enter it, it made me feel sick and very very dizzy. It likes being in a big toilet on the plane. However, I chose it because it was cheap so, I accepted what I chose. The room is bigger than I thought. I got one on 13th floor. (:
