Very good resort, highly recommended, right next to Subic Ocean Park, with private beaches for swimming, swimming pools, and open-air seaside restaurants are also very cheap. We have about 150 yuan for a meal for a family. There are few monkeys. Children like it very much. It is more suitable for couples or families to travel. It is also a few hundred meters to watch the dolphin show in the ocean park on the side. Many, awesome

I stayed with my family early before Christmas and during week end, since our first time to stay in these hotel i expect a busy day and occupied staff but thankful that it went smooth Fcility: Spacious, carpeted clean rooms, floor to ceiling windows (but no view)black out curtains, comfortable soft beds, large sensored bathroom with a bath tub, room amenities, touch screen lights and ac controller and so on. Those kids play area and a toys is a plus. Service: Firstly i wanted to make a credit to the staff that caters for us during our stay, from the lady with short hair on the front desk,Mr Dennis of HK,Jemar of FnB and for the countless staff that never waivered of giving those extra mile and smile of service. From check-in which they gave us the room much earlier and the seamless check-out. My hat is off for you guys who are willing to go beyond and above of your standard service. For the HK team that was quick to bring us our request, security whose always ready to assist and FnB that making sure you have the comfortable spot and moment on the rstaurant. My only concern is that the area sorrounding the pool at the roofdeck besides those who are no covered with the blue rubber mats are so inviting for a major accident as what happened on my son, those floor tiles that you used is so slippery that even me on my dry shoes is having diffiiculty navigating, As long as you dont replace it you be always prone to accidents no matter how all those lifeguards makes their best to remind patrons and prevent the situation. Overall its a great and memorable stay specially with my kids who is raring to comeback.

At long last, we have stayed here for my birthday celebration with my family. From check in, the front desk staff asked us to wait until 2pm since they said that’s the standard time. We waited downstairs because there are no seats at the lobby. Nobody approached us at 2pm so i reminded them that we are waiting. I noticed that front staff people were lack of training. They don’t smile that much and not welcoming. Elevator platform at the 4th floor is not even so a lot of guests got stumbled and its dangerous because there are no warning sign. Our room is great. Cozy, clean and spacious. The veranda is boring. No tables and chairs and towel rack for wet clothes. What i like most is the bathroom! Very spacious and neat as well. I love the jacuzzi that can fit up to two people. The only problem is the bathroom door. Its very old and need to be updated. You can peak from the outside so there’s no privacy for people using the toilet. Room amenities has coffemaker, and safebox. Television channels are a little bit blurry. When I requested for a pitcher of water, i have to follow up for 4 times. Swimming pool is huge and nice. The slide for kids is not slippery so its a waste of time using that. I love the sand and the pool which you can feel like youre in a beach. The problem that time was they have an event so there were no beachbeds set up that time and there’s no staff assisting guests who’s gonna swim. I have to look for people to ask for a towel. The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices. We enjoyed the food especially the kids. The view of the yachts are instagrammable. What I noticed from the first time i set my foot on the resort are the staffs. They should be train how to properly do their job. Some they do but mostly not. For a room that is so expensive, the expectation is very high and i never meet those expectation. The place is very promising but the downside is the service.

A funtastic location and very luxurious place at reasonable price. Located on beach inside Subic Bay Freeport. Has swimming pool. A sailing and boating connection. Really friendly people and staff. Close to live music venues. Close by is Network, a business with many water activities. Short distance to an ocean adventure park, tiger safari park or zoo like park. A few good malls a short walk. Many restaurants close walk. Texas Joe. My favorite.

In the many travels I’ve been to & hotels I’ve stayed in, the first things I look for when checking in the room are the bed, the bathroom & the view. I was wrong. Now I know that checking the food at the mini bar should come first. Or you would be charged for it on your last day. First time to encounter a hotel that does not have an extensive & proper housekeeping check before the next guest checks in. To our surprise, the can of Pringles & PicNic at the mini bar were already HALF-EATEN—and we only found out on our last day when we’re checking out! My brother, who was in the same room as I did, were checking out the food at the mini bar when we were fixing our things on our last day. He told me the can of PicNic was already eaten but it still had its lid on including the paper cover beneath the lid. No one would suspect anything about it. I told him not to go about it and that we might be suspected of eating it. I was not surprised when the front desk rep informed me about it when we were checking out. “Ma’am, nagalaw daw po yung PicNic at Pringles sa room 210 (Ma’am, the can of PicNic & Pringles was consumed at room 210),” she said. I was confident to tell her what happened–how my brother accidentally knew about it–because we have nothing to hide. Of course, it wasn’t us. I even explained that we bought our own can of Pringles & PicNic the day before. “You can check our trash can, we had consumed cans of Pringles & PicNic, that we bought outside,” I said. She later called on a housekeeping staff. Without me saying a word, the housekeeping staff began telling how it wasn’t their fault. She told me the housekeeping “checks” every room first and makes sure everything is in place before another guest comes in. I just reiterared what I’ve already explained to the front desk rep—it wasn’t us. Why would we eat the overly priced food items in the mini bar when we had our own? I was just confused at that point. Before we even dig deeper to what really happened, my father agreed to pay the amount of the “consumed” items just so we could head out already. They were lucky my father was kind enough to intervene & end the conversation but if I had it my way, I would stay as long as it takes to get to the bottom of it. It was not about the money. Heck, it was a measely 270pesos, when I paid for almost 10k for our family’s one-night stay. What did not sit well with me was how the front desk representative handled the situation. They just let it be, no apology, just a polite “thank you” when she handed me my change from paying the half-eaten mini bar food items. It’s as if they simply do not care. That’s how they made us feel. That left a bad taste on our over-all stay because that was our last interaction with them. We were their guests and no, I don’t agree with the notion that the “customers are always right”. It should be the “customer’s satisfaction should be the top priority.” And they didn’t do anything because of course, we’ve already paid. It’
