We had a very bad experience staying with these thieves, we booked this hotel via *********** (month 5/2022), at this stage we asked to debit our card but the hotel confirmed that we could pay at our arrival, The day of our arrival, they tried to charge our card, so we asked via message that we will pay by cash once at the hotel since we were already at Bodrum airport. As planned we checked in by paying by cash, and we settled in the room was very poor nothing comparing with the photos posted on booking, but we decided to stay there given the good location (Bodrum center ) everything was fine we spend a very nice evening at the bodrum center, and we was very happy. The next morning we were surprised by the cancellation of our reservation by the host on ***********, because of the credit card when we had paid the entire stay on our arrival, this will mean that we are no more protected by the platform, since we have already gone to the beach, we sent a message to find out the reasons for this cancellation, but we did not receive any answer, after our return to the hotel after a day in the beach, we asked for explanations, the manager told us what was the point of keeping the reservation on *********** when you were already accommodated? We were really worried and frustrated because of this behavior unworthy of the host, so we went back to the room and we directly checked our belongings and the big surprise, they stole 400 euros of the amount of money we had, and actually our stay in this hostel became very dangerous, we went down to see the manager directly, who ignored us telling us that the hotel is running by the whole family (hotel staff) and if you want to go to the police you can do it , We contacted the police directly who came after about fifteen minutes. At first we encountered communication difficulties since he spoke only one language, Turkish, but the police were very kind and they tried to help us by communicating via google translate, the manager of the hotel was very furious and wanted to kick us out at 11 p.m. in a city full of people and where the availability of hotels was really rare, without reimbursing us for the two remaining nights, but thanks to the police we were able to be reimbursed and they found us a hotel not far away, we thank them from the bottom of our hearts, The police explained to us that they could not do anything as there was no violation. We complained to *********** about this incident and our surprise was that the manager confirmed to *********** that we never came to the hotel, but thank god we had messages exchanged as well as the photos taken in the establishment we had our evidence. We stayed in Dinc for 2 weeks in first decade of September 2023. Location is very good, especially the fact that it’s beach hotel and you can swim early in the morning while sea is still calm and fresh. Sun beds at the beach are available until 5pm, after it’s a place for restaurant on the beach. Hotel is popular with regular customers. No elevator so will have to carry bags up to 2-4 floor. Renovation is not new, but rooms are clean. We had room on top floor with big window and good new beds. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Every day menu is the same: different types of bread, cheeses, tomatoes, peppers, 2 types of olives, Turkish scrambled eggs with tomatoes, boiled eggs, fried potatoes, greens, butter, honey, jam. Turkish tea in early morning with samit (Turkish bagel) and butter is very tasty. Internet has a good connection, even available on the beach. Unfortunately, no beach towels are offered. But sun beds are free. The staff in Dinc pension are very nice, helpful and friendly; they try to make you feel like a family or at least as a good friend. It’s a part of Turkish hospitality, many people come to Turkey to feel that. Especially want to say thank you to George, who did his best to take care of me and my mom. And my best regards to a lady at reception who helped us in an incident. My mother has fallen down on a boat during boat trip and hurted her feet and a lady from reception (sorry, didn’t ask name) gave us 2 gels for free to reduce swelling and pain. It was very nice, thank you very much!

We stayed here for 9 nights to discover bodrum and the surrounding areas. The hotel is located a very short walk to the beach, as well as the shopping and entertainment area of bodrum. The rooms are clean and the owners are lovely. The owners are more than happy to help you with ideas of where to go, what you need to try and how to get places. If you are looking to stay in bodrum city centre, I would recommend this place for its proximity to the entertainment but just distant enough that you wont be kept up by it at night. Covid friendly as all staff wore masks and there was hand sanitisers everywhere.

So happy that I found this place! The owners are very friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything but not too close, i.e. the street is not as crowded as the ones in center. Room spotless clean with space for yoga mat :) and I love the balcony! Would stay again!
