The owner of the place we were staying at recommended this place. It is bang on the beach. There were three of us and we decided to treat ourselves to the lobster which was locally caught. Wow, though not the cheapest meal it was also worth every penny cooked to perfection with a side salad and skinny chips. All the meat was hand picked out of the shell and claws and presented beautifully. We saw a chef walking past our table (who turned out to be the head chef) and he took the time to take a few minutes out and asked us if everything was alright ,and he also managed to talk us into having a new dessert that they were about to put on the menu, don't normally ”do” puds but it was a yummy crumble with a hint of cardamom, beautifully moist yet still a lovely crunch and softness.. We will certainly return!!

I am giving 4 stars because this accommodation has great potential. We were given a very warm welcome even though we had arrived in the middle of a very busy Sunday lunch service. The owners have not been in place long and have obviously worked very hard to get everything in place for visitors. The accommodation was a self contained unit in the grounds of the pub. It was very clean but small. The mismatched bedding was fine by us but may annoy others. The ensuite with walk in shower was modern and very clean but a bit cramped. Breakfast is ordered the previous evening which I think is reasonable for a small establishment. The breakfast on time and my poached eggs were perfect and my husband's full English was well-cooked with very generous portions. There was ample parking.
