Join the Muffin Marathon AUSTIN/ROUNDROCK, a delightful event for all muffin enthusiasts! This small, private group run takes place in the beautiful Onion Creek Greenbelt in Austin, TX on January 6, 2024. The route is incredibly scenic, offering a picturesque backdrop for your run. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this event is for you!

Participants will have the opportunity to choose from three distances: 5K, 10K, or 13.1 miles. All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome, so whether you prefer to run or walk, this event is inclusive for everyone. There is no need for any special equipment or setup, just lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement!

As a participant, you will receive a premium running shirt and a finisher's medal. These will be shipped directly to your address, so no hassle of picking up packets required. On race day, race bibs will be provided. Timing is optional, and our coordinators can assist you in keeping track of your time using bib numbers.

Wave times are available at 7:30AM, 8:30AM, and 9:00AM. Please email us at info@thebestraces.com with your desired wave time. The waves are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis, so make sure to secure your spot early. Late runners can still participate upon arrival, as our coordinators will be available for up to 3 hours after the first wave.

As an ordinary tourist, I thought the procedure to enter the Capitol Building was very complicated, but I didn&#39;t expect that I could enter and visit just by checking the bags I brought with me.
This building was built in 1885 and covers an area of ​​51 acres. It was designed by architect Elijah E Myer in imitation of the Capitol Building in Washington. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and was named a National Historic Landmark in 1986.
It is amazing that the passage of time has not affected its appearance and internal structure at all. It is as new as ever. Visitors can visit the government offices and have time to visit the exterior of the building to appreciate this century-old building from all angles.
