A vibrant, open-air experience featuring dynamic yoga flows surrounded by the city designed to energize, challenge, and bring the community together through movement.

A curated marketplace of wellness brands and interactive experiences designed for discovery, connection, and a little indulgence.

The Mindfulness Zone
A grounding space for slower flows and moments featuring meditation, sound, and restorative experiences to help you reset and recharge.

Begin your day in a way that Austin rarely offers.
VIP guests will open the festival alongside the rising sun, set on the Long Center lawn, overlooking the city as it comes to life.
This intimate, early-access experience is designed to ground, energize, and set the tone for the day ahead.

With space to move, room to breathe, and the skyline as your backdrop, this is your opportunity to start the day with intention, before the energy of the festival builds. This is more than early entry, it’s a fully curated experience designed for those who want to begin the day differently. Come for the movement. Stay for the feeling.

GENERAL ADMISSION (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Admission begins at 8am. Come as you are. Stay as long as you’d like.
Move between all spaces, explore experiences, and create your own rhythm throughout the day.

WHAT TO KNOW
Bring your own yoga mat. We will have some extras on hand, if needed.
Stay awhile. Bring a blanket with you if you'd like. This is a space to linger, not rush.
Water refill stations will be available (bring your reusable bottle).
This festival is fit for all ages and family flows will be on the agenda.
