EX LUOGO - Alessandro Deflorio e Valerio Belloni | Via Castello
Arts
EX LUOGO is an evolving project that aims to bring new life to the abandoned historical spaces of Terni through music and light. The project, led by Andrea Leonardi, director of De.Mu. Degustazioni Musicali, in collaboration with Valerio Belloni and Alessandro Deflorio, seeks to revitalize these forgotten locations by using creativity and emotion to offer a unique perspective and listening experience. Starting from the ruins of the Sant’Andrea church in Terni, a symbolic former place, which was heavily impacted during World War II, the project resonates the past with the present. Valerio Belloni, born in Umbria, Italy, is a versatile musician and researcher with a strong background in classical music. Alessandro Deflorio, on the other hand, began his journey into electronic music after his classical studies, composing instrumental pieces that are deeply rooted in sound exploration. Both artists have a rich history of musical accomplishments in various mediums, including film, television, theater, and site-specific installations. EX LUOGO - Alessandro Deflorio e Valerio Belloni will take place on April 25, 2024, at Via Castello, Terni, offering free admission to all attendees.
