My stay was excellent. I was well accommodated, welcomed and appreciated. Place was clean and staff was amazing. Elijah front desk agent was kind and friendly. Will visit again in our next family trip or couple trip. I felt relaxed and happy. I was asked while walking the halls if needed anything, that was a plus. Thank you.

If you are looking for a location within striking distance of hard rock, the florida turnpike, and the fort lauderdale airport, this is a good choice. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation where customer service is the utmost goal of the establishmemt, look elsewhere. This facility, while nicely placed, is a poorly run hotel. You can tell when there is no coffee for a week in the lobby because ”the machine is broken”. You can also tell when guests get to hear every conversation between other guests and the reception team as they argue about rates with little regard for privacy or professionalism. You may also tell when they ask you for your name and you have to shout over plexiglass instead of just being asked for your ID, which you have to present anyway like other hotels do. You can also tell when you call and get the GM and she constantly talks over you just to get her point across.

Arrived at 5:30pm for a one night pre-cruise stay. Lobby was crammed with people and luggage. As it turns out, the rooms were not ready. Finally got a room at 6:00pm, three hours after check-in time. Room was just ok. Staff was friendly enough. As far as the room, I'm sorry but if Motel 6 had a ”Hotel 6”, this would be it. Seemed like an old hotel, relatively new paint, but was chipped in a bunch of places. Waffle House on one side, Wawa gas station on the other. Burger King and McDonalds 1/4 mi away were the nearest other places to eat. Only for those on a budget and with a car.

Near a lot of places you can shop. Was very great for my family and I for our short trip. Staff was helpful during our stay , breakfast very simple , muffins and coffee. Very fast and effective if you’re in the mood for grab and go. Will be back later on this year
