I booked this hotel as part of our week long trip in Madeira due to its proximity to the airport. The location was perfect and the hotel was spotless with an amazing hot shower. The small town where the hotel is located has plenty of little cute bars and restuarants too.
Big shout out to the guy who was working doing the Karaoke during our stay - he was providing top entertainment in multiple languages and I loved it!

I’m going to start off with WOW!! This is an amazing location and resort, the service is second to none and in our opinion 5* food and drinks. The indoor pool, kids splash pool and French restaurant are not quite open yet, but this did not take away from this resort that seems to have thought of everything - 4 al a carte restaurants for the evening (Carvo our favourite - the chef can perfect a Rib Eye steak), world food buffet, a fresh bean to cup coffee shop that services delightful sandwiches, cakes and truffles, an ice cream parlour and numerous eateries for lunch including one right on the sea that serves something for all the foodies!! Then we move on to service, this resort has only been open since October - but the training must have been great, as the service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and bend over backwards to ensure you have a great time. To call out a few, Linda in the Coffee Shop, Pedro at the Moments bar, Alex in the Club lounge, Tiago (who seems to be everywhere we go) and Joao and Fabrizio at the entrance. Also I can’t fail to mention the entertainment team who were always doing something to keep everyone happy. My son loved the Kids club especially the games consoles. The resort even have their own shuttle bus into Funchal. The rooms are beautifully stylish with everything you need including a mini bar, with ours having an amazing sea view where you could hear the waves crashing (2112). Absolute perfection!! Thank You - we travel a fair bit and this resort is now number 1 on our list - if your reading this, book now you will not be disappointed. We will be back. Gareth, Dee and King George (as Tiago liked to call him)
