Clean, modern rooms in a very good central location. They kept our luggage at no change when we went off on a multi-day track. It's a big, corporate, type hotel, so not much personality, but the rooms and the central location make it a great place to stay.

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights during our road trip and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Royce and Linda were very welcoming, informative and made us feel at home here. The hostel had a great atmosphere, was well organized, clean and had a modern feel to it. The location is ideal as it's close to the city center and has lots of cafe's, bars and shops surrounding it. Special kindness

Great location, close to the bus stop and the sea. There was a bathroom in the room and bath towels were provided, so it was comfortable. I was happy that I could use the washing machine for free. The woman at the reception was also nice and had a nice atmosphere. New Plymouth is a wonderful city!
