Best Serviced Apartments in Phnom Penh

My stay away from home for the past 4.5 month at Somerset Norodom Phnom Penh has been a memorable and special. Under Mr. Joel, Somerset is by far the best service apartment I have stayed with. I got 6-days weekly housekeeper, 24-hour reception assistance (which help me a lot) as I have online business but rarely stayed home. The reception team has extended a WOW service such as when I got my groceries for party - they received it, scan the receipt, manage the payment and post it to my room account and store it in the fridge. They don't forget Indonesia independence day and my birthday. Oh - lovely... When my parties arrived - all my food and beverage items are served cold and perfect. Mr. Kosal at reception desk - he is a superman. He is always accountable no matter how complicated my request was. I left my belonging and he have helped me to send over to my friend as instructed and safely. Now that I reside in Bangkok, I stayed for 2-night just to try - nothing compare to Somerset Norodom. I am too spoiled with the highest service standard. Way to go Somerset Norodom. PS. Ms. Navy - you are the jewel of Phnom Pehn, because of you - I lived in Somerset

Recommended, the hotel is very well located. Has a swimming pool, and a bar by the pool which is a great place to relax, have a drink or read a book. Breakfast is ok, nothing to complain about, and the staff are very friendly. A true Value for money

I booked for a 3-bedroom suite good for 6 pax but we were 8 in group so we paid additional 25$ each for excess person. We were also advised to deposit 100$ upon check-in. (But no one advised me thru email or call from hotel or Agoda. Good thing we had cash. I don't know if the deposit is mandatory to all kind of bookings to them.) Room was spacious and have laundry area too. Complete kitchenette available for use. However, 1 AC need some cleaning coz air coming out is useless, super hot! Some light bulbs are busted also. Pool and Bar area is on the 13th floor. Water is clean. The view from it was nice also. I hope they put more signage around the pool area for reminder since it's a rooftop pool. Upon check-out, the hotel was very strict about cleanliness. We were charged 21$ for a bathroom rug STAIN that they cannot remove! AMAZING! (We got the rug for memorabilia. 😂) So if you will book in this hotel, inspect all the towels or rugs before using it, look for stains, or might as well bring your own if you don't want to be charged. I do hope their policies was clearly explained on the booking sites. Btw, the hotel phone number in Agoda is wrong. No one answers. Google their hotel name and you will find the correct contact numbers. 😉 Overall, 7.7/10 rating.

Use Grab from GrabPicUpPoint at the airport, about 40 minutes KHR 35,400 (about 1300 yen), return KHR 33,000 (about 1200 yen). Located on the main street, there are Thai massage shops next to several houses and Chinese supermarkets facing each other. Convenient location if all movements use grab. It was a 1 bedroom, but it is clean and easy to use, crispy WIFI, spacious bathroom, shower with good water pressure and temperature control, large refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, tableware, etc. The bed was small 々 solid, but I was able to spend it comfortably. There is also a gym and pool on the top floor, making it a very cost-effective hotel (service apartment). I recommend it.

I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

Nice holiday apprtmemt, affordable price, clean and tidy rooms, good service. Everything is perfect except the location. We had some problem during check in which took a bit time to get in

Great place to stay as we have few months to manage our business in Phnom Penh. This is good place to recommend all long stay guests as can deal with good monthly rates, and also if stay nightly rate high but they have breakfast included. Staff are friendly, especially Tola and Vireak, he always assist us and great us whenever we are in and out.

Overall, it is a good choice for business trips or couple trips. There are washing machines and stoves for cooking, but those who prepare pots and utensils by themselves
