It is located on the right side toward the shrine of oniko no Kami, a few minutes walk from the road sign called 'the monument of Kazuki hosoi' in the prefectural road. The monument of "Female Workers' Aishi" is a writer born in Kaetsu-oku, Kaetsu-cho, Yosa-gun, Kyoto Prefecture in 1897 (Meiji 30), and what kind of working conditions and environment were in a spinning factory in the Taisho Period.
