The only public house on the Chirimen Highway. It is wonderful to inform the prosperity of Kaetsu.

A raw silk Chirimen merchant house that remains on the Chirimen Highway. You can tour the interior only on the Chirimen Highway. The highlight is the Western-style building built in 1931, while the Japanese-style building and the built-in building are lined up. In addition, the new tatami room on the first floor of the Western-style building, the floor pillars of Ume Shochiku, and the natural bamboo columns are also wonderful. It is a wonderful house where you can see the prosperity of Kaetsu.

I thought it was a Japanese house, but there was a Western-style building that was extended in the early Showa period, and it was worth going inside. There is also an information center on the Chirimen Highway in this building, so if you ask, Chiri ...
