Da Wenshusi

Dawenshu Temple, also known as Guang'an Temple, is located on the east bank of Qingshui River, Taihuai Town, Wutaishan City, Shanxi Province, at the north exit of a street in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It was built during the Qing Qianlong period (1736-1795), and was rebuilt in the first year of Daoguang (1821). Siyu sits in the north and south, covering an area of 5,180 square meters, one of the five places of Zhangjia Living Buddha. According to the "Wenshu Temple Repair Monument", Wenshu Temple is located in Weijiazhuang Village, Ziyan Township, Xinfu District, Zhangzhou City. The construction period is unknown, and the legend of the villager has been for hundreds of years. The temple is north of Jinshan, south of Wufeng, west with Muma River, east of Wutai Mountain, the land of Buddha, the vast terrain, the temple is restored, thousands of auspicious, Buddha light, for the famous Buddhist Taoist field at that time.

The temple is relatively large in scale. It is located in the core area of Taihuai Town, Wutai Mountain. There are buses that can be reached directly and the transportation is convenient. Most of the temple buildings are modern reconstruction.

Very good temple, less than 300 meters away from Yuelong Villa, walk to visit this temple after staying. Because Wutai Mountain is also called the Taochang of Wenshu Bodhisattva, this Wenshu Temple has a special meaning.

Come to Wutai Mountain Chaotai is a plan for September, but it was interrupted because of another autumn trip. Fortunately, the friend who made an appointment continued to wait for me to come back in October. Of course, the first day I came was to rest in Wutai Mountain. Dawenshu Temple is very close to the lotus house in Ming and Qing Street where we stayed. When we went out for a walk at night, we could see the lights of the temple, which looked very solemn, and the next day we planned to visit the town first, the first stop of course was the nearest Dawenshu Temple to us. Before coming out, I spent a hundred, Dawenshu Temple, also known as Guang'an Temple, was built in the Qing Qianlong period and rebuilt in the first year of Daoguang (1821). The temple sits north and south, covering an area of one of the five places of Zhangjia Living Buddha. Maybe we came early, and after the National Day, it was also the off-season of Wutai Mountain. We found that there were only two of us in the temple. The front of the temple was for Zongkaba statues and ten-face Guanyin statues, and the back was for Wenshu Bodhisattva, Guanyin Bodhisattva and King Kong Hand Bodhisattva. The temple is very large and should be newly renovated. It's the quietest temple we've seen on this road.
