    Nice walk along the river.

    We enjoyed the peaceful hike along the river. We saw several squirrels and geese on the way to the cave. The cave is collapsed so you can’t get too far inside. We are glad we checked it out and had a ...

    Worth a short stop

    A short walk along the road brings you to the ice cave. Exploring the cave takes only a few minutes but it is a nice cool break from the summer heat. Stop if you have an hour to spare in Decorah.

    Stop at Dunnings Falls and then take 10 min for cave

    Neat to see if you are in the area. Not worth a special trip. If you stop at the falls it is just down the road. Very short walk from the parking lot.
