This is a beautiful hostorical home and museum. It was build in 1885 for the first governor of South Dakota. Closed on Mondays and open 1-5 the rest of the week. It is well worth your time to visit...

Love the history of this place
It was a lot of fun to be able to walk through the Mellette house.The kids enjoyed it too. The hours are pretty specific, so check ahead. The staff was great!
