About 15 minutes walk from Tsuchiura station. A temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school built in 1406. A prayer temple of the feudal lord of Tsuchiura. The main hall is wooden copper tile roofing. It is said that there are seven city-designated cultural properties such as a wooden statue of Dainichi Nyorai and a copper statue of the eleven-faced Kannon Bodhisattva.
