A temple that also played the role of dejo
Original Text
It is a little far from the city of Izushi, but it is within walking distance. It was built on the old Kyoto Kaido Road, and it was a temple that played a role as a castle during the war.
It is a 7 ~ 8-minute walk southeast of the center of Izushi Castle Town. From Prefectural Road 253, cross the bridge over the Taniyama River and you will find the main hall, passing through the mountain gate and climbing the stone steps. There was a mountain behind it, and since I visited in early September, dark green surrounding the precincts.
This temple is located in the castle town of Izushi, Toyooka City, and is uniquely constructed so that it can be used as a defense facility in emergency. There was also a quiet tomb of the feudal lord inside.
This sect temple is common nationwide, except for a small part
Original Text
It is well cleaned, open without closing the gate, and the response is polite and kind. This sect is the same nationwide, including related ones. This is also the family temple of successive feudal lords of the Izushi domain. The mountain number is Mt. Ichijo. Although it is a city-designated class, many cultural properties are stored. The temple itself was built during the Eiroku era, so it has a history of 500 at best. Compared with Kyoto, it corresponds to newcomers. It seems that it was converted to the Shingon sect at first and Nichiren sect later. Remarkable style and ... in Izushi

The dark green was impressive.
