The large eleven-faced Kannon statue of the principal image is a Buddhist statue in the late Heian period, one of the three Kannon statues in Japan, along with Hase-dera Temple in Nara and Hase-dera Temple in Kamakura, and is said to be an important cultural property designated by the country. It is also said that during the Sengoku period ～ during the Edo period, there were donations and assistance such as Nobuyoshi kitabatake (Nobuo ODA), Izumi no Kami (Takatora) of Todo, and yorinobu Tokugawa (Ieyasu's son, the first Kishu Tokugawa family).
