Power spot
Original Text
I went there three times and met a black Ageha butterfly three times. Butterflies come to places where I feel good, so I think it's definitely a power spot. It's also a light exercise, and it feels good just by being there.
It is a shrine in the mountain called Mt. Atago located northeast of Sunpu Castle. From the foot of the mountain, climb the long stairs and finally reach the shrine. It's not very accessible, but it seems to be a shrine with a long history, built in 1585. It was a beautiful shrine and it was very nice to have a calm atmosphere.
The mountain worship of Mt. Atago and Shugendo are mixed with Shinto and Buddhism.

It seems that it was in Atagoyama Castle at that time, when Ieyasu Tokugawa, the owner of Sunpu Castle, solicited "Atagoyama Daigongen" in Kyoto to this area in the northeast, which is the demon gate of Sunpu Castle. The old Tokaido was in front of you and was also a geopolitical point. There is also a route that leads to Gokoku Shrine and Kiyomizu-dera Temple from the middle of the approach, and when I was a high school student, I ran around the mountains as a club activity training. Exactly Shugendo . (^^

Yazuyama hiking
This is the last point of the Yatsuyama hike. I took a break in a square called Fort Atago. The downhill to Naganuma Station is about 15.
