According to the explanation board, this Harayama tumulus died to take soil after 1955, but it is said that it was returned to the shape of the tumulus afterwards. The immediate Kashizuka Kofun tumulus was also restored to its original shape. The Harayama Kofun tumulus could only be seen as a bustling grass without an explanation board.
