Saga TV
Although it is Saga TV's own building, it has a cafe on the １ floor and is a friendly building. It is a new building that opened in 2018, but it won the city landscape award the following year. Combined with the location of "Castle", it seems that it is good that it is not an office building-like concept. The naming of JONAI SQUARE is also useful.
