Stayed in this monastery for 2 nights. It was great experience, even I don't speak Serbian. Very spiritual and welcoming place. Also great to walking tours in the area to visit other monasteries
A monastery of the Serbian Orthodox Church. It is a place related to St. Sava and St. Simeon, and is an especially important monastery among the Serbian Orthodox Church. I visited several monasteries and I think this was the most kind. The monk is very friendly and is asked to take a commemorative photo. It was partially burnt in 2004 and is under repair work all day long. Non-Orthodox believers are allowed to worship up to the front of the church. In the back is the icon of "Three-handed Goddess". Very friendly and welcoming
