At the foot of Kitahama Bashi bridge
Original Text
I passed nearby to take a blue cave tour. It is located at the foot of Kitahama Bridge on the Otaru Canal. Why is there such a statue in such a place? I wondered.
A statue by a sculptor from Otaru at the foot of Kitahama Bridge. The current figure is said to have been restored by the citizens of Otaru in 2008. It's certainly quiet, and I thought that this bridge was the only environment where seagulls could be called on the bridge over the Otaru Canal, but I looked at it.

Stay in a quiet Otaru
This area is off the tourist center, so you can enjoy the quiet Otaru. A beautiful statue adds gorgeousness to the tranquility.
