The building itself is not too far from the river and the main road is not wide. In addition to a very good pink-painted clock tower, the whole building is mostly long and narrow extensions to the back. It also makes the main corridor look very layered inside. The dome decoration and gorgeous gold ceilings give the slightly black-based building a lot better brightness.
