It is an artificial lake completed in 1968 and is a water tank for citizens. It is on the way from Koyama Forest Park to Kitayama Greening Botanical Garden, and there is a toilet and the view is good, making it a perfect place to rest.
Megamiyama Town is quite large. 5 and 6 times a year pass in front of you and you can see the scenery from the train window. It's not a special pond that you should visit for sightseeing, but if you like walking, you may enjoy it.
Access is not very good, but there are few buses from Hanshin. He has a nice tree-lined road without crowds. You can also see the cherry blossoms on the way back from the temple in Koyama.
The transportation is poor and there are few parking lots, but I definitely want to visit when it is cherry blossoms. There are several weeping cherry blossoms in the reservoir, which are very beautiful and spectacular. There used to be a ground on the bench, but now solar panels are lined up. The row of cherry blossom trees on the slope that descends to the ground are very beautiful and spectacular when they are in full bloom. Some people climb by hiking from Koyoen Station, take a break here, and look around Jinjuji Temple.

Waterway
Although it is a reservoir maintained for tap water, it is small but has a parking lot, a park, and a walking path, so you can feel a little hiking.
