前清淡水關稅務司官邸 - 又名「小白宮」，興建於1862年，已有百年以上歷史，取名自外觀搶眼的西班牙式白色建築。殖民地式建築之特徵有抬高地基、四周有類似迴廊之 Verandah（涼台）的設置、落地門窗、煙囪等等。

小白宫位于新北市淡水镇真理街15号，属于淡水古迹园区的一部分，淡水是北县拥有最多古迹的地方，在维护古迹中将二十一个古迹与一个历史建筑，整合成台湾第一个古迹园区。以前有咖啡厅，不知道现在还有没有
