this is the first service area from nagano to niigata.

We were running from the direction of Nagano to Joetsu on the Joshin-etsu Expressway. We were going north while enjoying the scenery of Mt. Kurohime and Mt. Myoko. Enter Niigata Prefecture from Nagano Prefecture, pass Myoko Kogen IC and number km. There was this Myoko SA. From the service area, I couldn't see Mt. Myoko, but it was a place where I could feel the refreshing breeze of the plateau.
