我这个月买了两次滑雪票，因为周六忙，工作人员给我验票验了两张，给我一张雪票，我就玩了一次，等我再来就说我验完票，不管了，那请问不是你们工作人员的疏忽吗？工作问题让游客自己承担，因为我看不到短信提示给我验了几张，我还问工作人员给我验一张，他说是，工作人员态度也不好。

太好玩了，我们三口去的，如果人多点更好玩。
