Dayun Courtyard, also known as Dayun Temple, is located on the mountainside in the north corner of Shihui Village, 23 kilometers northwest of Pingshun County, sitting north to south. Existing buildings include Shanmen (Tianwang Hall), Amitabha Hall, apse and seven pagodas outside the temple. The Dayun Courtyard was originally named Xianyan Courtyard. In the front yard are the mountain gate (Tianwang Hall) and the left and right side halls. The east and west halls in the backyard have long been destroyed, and only five back halls remain, which were built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Dayun Courtyard was founded in the Five Dynasties. According to the "Ten Fang Stele to Shuangfeng Mountain Dayun Courtyard" in the fourth year of Song Tianxi (AD 1020) existing in the temple, it is recorded: "Tianfu three years old at the age of Wuxu, he descended his robe and tin at the foot of Shuangfeng Mountain. Xiu abbot. When Tianfu Gengzi is old, please live in Wang Zong, Wang Gui, Wang Mi, etc., to be the capital of the ten directions, and build the abbot's room of the early Buddha Hall." It can be known that the temple was founded in the third year of Tianfu in the Later Jin Dynasty (AD 938), in the fifth year of Zhitianfu (AD 940), the Great Buddha Hall (Amitabha Hall and the abbot's rooms) was built. Later Zhou Shizong issued an edict to abolish the Buddha, the Buddhist power declined greatly, and the Seven Treasures Pagoda was also buried. In the first year of Jianlong's reign (960 AD), Emperor Taizu of the Song Dynasty, he sent an edict to restore Buddhism, and the temple flourished. In the 2nd year of Song Xianping (AD 999), the "Inscription of the Imperial Court of Dayun Temple" stated that "since its establishment, there have been more than 100 temples, with more than 500 public morals and more than 500 events. Fortunately, the emperor's great blessing, the gift of Hong grace, has been rejuvenated in Taiping eighth. On March 7th of the year (983 AD), the imperial edict was specially lowered, and Xianyanyuan was changed to Dayun Temple.” During the Song and Yuan dynasties, there is no record of building temples. After the Ming Dynasty, the ancillary buildings (mountain gates, wing rooms, etc.) were gradually damaged, and only the Amitabha Hall remained majestically. The Dayun Courtyard has gone through vicissitudes of life and has been repaired many times, and has undergone great changes. However, the Amitabha Hall still retains its ancient appearance, and the original structure still retains its original majestic appearance. The Hall of Amitabha has three rooms in width and depth. The body of the hall is covered with eaves and columns for a week. Except for the exposed radius of the two flat columns between the front and rear eaves, the rest are built into the wall. The stigma rolls gently, and the side feet rise significantly. Except for the connection between the stigmas, the stigma is connected with each other, and the stigma is stacked together with the hurdles, so that the cross-section is in the shape of "D". the beginning. There are buckets on the pillars to support the eaves, the proportions of buckets are moderate, and the production is regular and rigorous. There are only two golden pillars in the hall, which are located on both sides of the fan-faced wall at the back of the Buddhist altar, which neither obstructs the sight nor hinders the walking of the admirers. The space inside the hall is wide, which brings convenience to Buddha worship activities. The beams in the hall are four rafters and three pillars for the rear breasts. There are as many as eight kinds of humps on the shelves in the hall, which are rare in other places. In the southwest corner outside the temple, there is an octagonal stone pagoda with seven pagodas. The total height of the pagoda is about 6 meters. The pedestal is in the style of corseted Xumi, the lower part is carved with treasures covered with lotus petals, each side is carved with a running beast, and the corset is carved with a gate, and there are two or three built-in rakubuki. The front of the pagoda has a door, which is hollow, and there is a coiled dragon pillar on the inside. The back is carved with a fake panel door, with Coiling Dragon and King Kong, and the door is half-closed and half-open. This form is often found in the carvings on the brick and stone doors of the tombs of the Song and Jin Dynasties, and it is the first example on the stone pagodas of the Buddhist temples of the Five Dynasties. The eaves of the tower are shallowly carved and fly in the sky, stretch freely, and fly in the sky. The brake seat is carved with a hexagonal cloud-leaf pier, a square column with carved patterns is placed on it, a second-story eaves are placed on the column, and a lotus, a covered bowl, and a phase wheel are placed on the eaves. Only the jewels have been lost. There are very few stone pagodas from the Five Dynasties in my country. The seven pagodas are of appropriate proportions, beautifully carved, and can be tested with exact dates. It is a rare work. In addition, in the fourth year of Song Tianxi (1020 AD) and the second year of Xianping (999 AD), the inscriptions and various stone carvings are all artistic treasures from the Five Dynasties to the early Song Dynasty. Dayunyuan buildings, murals, pagodas, steles, and so many treasures gathered in one temple are all amazing. Here, through various kinds of art appreciation, it will bring people the enjoyment of diverse cultures such as traditional culture, religious culture, and regional folk culture. Binh Thuan Dayun Academy was announced by the State Council in 1988 as the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
Dayun Temple is also called the Iron Buddha Temple, it is very worth visiting, the biggest highlight here is the Iron Buddha avatar, the Golden Peak Pagoda. The first was built during the Tang Dynasty. During the Qing Dynasty, it was destroyed due to the earthquake. It was later rebuilt. The main buildings are Shanmen, Temple of Heavenly Kings, Temple of Daxiong, and Golden Peak Pagoda. The iron Buddha head is cast during the Tang Dynasty, with a diameter of 3.8 meters and a height of 6.8 meters.
Dayun Temple is no longer a temple, there are no monks, it is completely a national cultural relics protection unit, free to visit, the two sides of the door is a paper cutting and calligraphy and painting exhibition, the most amazing is the Tang Dynasty iron Buddha head and glazed pagoda, it is really rare treasure.

Dayun Temple, also known as the Iron Buddha Temple, is located in the southwest of Linyi City. It was built in Tang Dynasty and was once damaged by earthquakes and wars. In the 16th year of Ming Hongwu (1383), the Japanese monk Shamen Zhiman once crossed the heavy ocean to Liangzhou to worship Dayun Temple and presided over the re-renovation, which was passed down as a good word in the history of friendship between the Chinese and Japanese people. The iron Buddha head in the tower was the original work of the Tang Dynasty, and it weighed 15 tons.
Dayun Temple, the eight-view Liangzhou Dayun Xiaozhong was built in Qianliang, the old name of Hongzang Temple; Tang Wuze Tianshi was renamed Dayun Temple; Xixia was called Huguo Temple in Xixia Museum; the Xixia monument in Xixia Museum is from here; the clock is really pleasantly surprised, actually still the clock in the former cool period; The text is exquisite and rich. Bodhisattvas are all newly made heavy makeup. The gray carving is good, but unfortunately the whole picture is new. 5 yuan ticket, great value!
Not far from the Drum Tower is Shanxi Normal University. I originally wanted to go to the campus. When I was close to the campus, I saw a pagoda in the north. Yuan Yonglinglong was quite deliberate, so I went around a corner to see the end. Come to the temple, look up, Yuan: Dayun Temple. The pine and green cypress implicitly Zen, and the whole dress stepped in. The monastery is the standard north three-entry courtyard, and the third is the pagoda and the iron Buddha head. Here is the first Buddha head and then the tower. The Buddhist dynasty-Tang Dynasty built this Buddha head. I asked the elder sister who saw the temple to inform you that you can touch and not take pictures. Around the Buddha statue for a week, carefully observe, the Buddha statue shape is full, the eyebrows are dignified. The Buddha head is solid, pure iron is built, the welding is smooth and undistinguished, and I really admire the craftsmen's skills in ancient times. Now all kinds of advanced tools are not necessarily so good. The temple has a history of the Buddha pagoda. During the Qing Kangxi period, the Buddha statue was built according to this, and the appearance and shape of the auspicious beasts on the edge of the pagoda shows the love and attention of the authorities to this place. On the west side of the Tibetan Jingge, there is a group of cultural relics bureau staff who are repairing cultural relics. I happened to see it and quickly took a picture. I was reprimanded hahaha ~.
