Very popular hike
This is one of the most popular hikes in Hocking Hills. It really is lovely with cool rock formations. Try to go during the week or early morning to avoid the crowds.
Hazardous with many steep stairs, No railings and slippery conditions! Avoid!
The girl handing out maps at the park office described the trail as an easy one mile loop. She neglected to mention the 57 sets of stairs, some going up or down thru dark tunnels and most without rail...
GREAT spot, lots of parking as cool weatherkept numbers down. Hemlock all along trail to gorge. This is NOT plae for strollers. New visitor center closed due to virus but didn't miss it.

So pretty
This was a day of exploration. Make sure to have tons of water...the days can be hot. Everything is so pretty take your time and sightsee.
Still a great place to visit!
Unfortunately there was no water or viewing of any waterfalls. Also very crowded with a lot of visitors.
